I used to take all my suit/shirt alterations to Chicago but my guy left so I figured I would give Ruby a shot. So far they have been just as good as my guy in Chicago. My requests are not normal, and so far Ruby has delivered and surprisingly the prices for my difficult requests are more than reasonable. I have not used them for dry cleaning just yet but I may switch this as well.

His attitude throughout the entire interaction was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Between the lazy packaging, nickel-and-diming over pennies, and terrible customer care, they clearly do not value their customers or respect their clothing. I don't recommend to use them.

I trusted the dry cleaners to wash my comforter since the directions say "dry clean only" and unfortunately I am out hundreds of dollars now. Very poor customer service and customer satisfaction. It cost $54 to get the "dry cleaning done" and hundreds more to have a bedset that actually fits my bed.
