We cannot say enough good things about the store! It offered personalized outstanding customer service! We particularly want to praise and commend David who was our service provider on this occasion. He went beyond the call of duty and in fact as my husband assessed the situation he went to the an unheard of level of outstanding customer service! We were in a crisis and needing to send vast amounts of medical data for second opinions immediately. David was creative and attempted every possible means of doing that as efficiently and quickly as possible. He exceeded our expectations and succeeded in meeting our goals in a prompt and compassionate manner. It was amazing that he could multitask and not only handle our needs, but assist other customers without any hesitation. He and the other employees in the store handled every customer who came in during this Christmas-rush quickly and efficiently and also served us without any delay. If you need the services of a copy/mailbox/packaging center and want the best possible service in the most personalized and compassionate manner, then this is the store for you! I have coming to drop off packages for the last 18 years. The new employee working there has no idea how to handle the packages. The packages were marked with Fragile stickers and he kept throwing it on the floor after scanning. The owner was present at the time and I complained about the employees unusual behavior and his response was that I didn't see him doing that. I will file a formal complain with UPS corporate and will file damage charges again the store. God knows what's going on there both with the owner and the employees. Be careful leaving fragile items at the store as you never know who's handling it. read more

These guys are one of the best UPS stores. Friendly service, and they offer a lot of options.

1.) I'll start with the good: a friendly staff and quick lines. 2.) If you have a bulky, fragile, and/or oddly shaped package, or if it's going to a foreign country, you'll get excellent service on weekdays between nine and two-thirty. Ask for Greg. 2.) If you have any questions, concerns, etc., contact the owner directly. 3.) The night staff isn't trained, and there's a high turnover. If they say they can't help you with mailboxes, etc., they're telling the truth, so be polite. 4.) The store doesn't have equipment for large prints jobs. They have to outsource the work. Not ideal if you're in a hurry. read more

Great Service ! I was in here due to an equipment return drop off center with my ATT DIRECT TV routers, boxes, remotes and cords. I did not know you could do this here. Easiest unload ever. It was about 6pm when I walked in. A young man named Vincent had a couple infront of me and I watched him go above and beyond for them. I expected nothing short for myself so I waited patiently. 2 others came in and now he was one person with 4 people. Luckily he recognized the one gentleman and was able to race back to get what he needed. The man thanked and commended him for handling all these customers solo. He was able to help me and then also take care of the other person still waiting with ease. Because of his great personality and hard work ethic no one complained about being serviced out of order. His manager should promote him if he's not already in charge. read more

Pandemic phase 3 and when I entered the store with my mask on, three employees put their masks on meaning they had been spewing germs everywhere prior to that. Two employees were within 6 feet of customers with their masks in their hands. They never wore them on their face. Four customers were eventually in this tiny store at once. One employee wore a mask but left his nose uncovered. Two employees did wear their masks properly once customers were in the store. Three did not wear them or wear them properly. Find another place to send packages. They don't get it here in Danada UPS. read more

Just wanted to send a quick note sharing my experience at your store on the evening of Monday, Feb 1, 2016. I ran in after work, around 6:15pm while your truck was being loaded and there was a line of people dropping off packages. David was behind the counter and was handling the chaos efficiently, but with extreme courtesy and grace. I had a backpack that needed to be shipped to my daughter at college. David took the backpack, boxed it up and labeled it for me in no time, and provided me with a receipt. The entire time he was managing the line and greeting new customers as they came in. If that experience wasn't pleasant enough, the backpack got to her next day (Tues) morning, despite him warning me that it may not make the truck and would likely not deliver until Weds (which I told him I was fine with). I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such horrible service at a UPS store. I was in Wheaton Illinois visiting family for Christmas. I left their house to many years from my parents who want me to move back. I got to my car and realized i had some cords they needed so rather than upset them all over again i went to the UPS store in Danada Square. I asked mail the cords as cheaply as possible and the clerk showed me a box and said it would be $9 plus the cost of the box so $12. I said i didn't want to spend that much and asked for the nearest post office. I was given directions to the main St post office in downtown Wheaton. I walked out of the store and guess what? There was a fully functioning post office about 6 doors down!! Why wouldn't they tell me that? I get it's a competitive business, but don't you think people could just be nice? I returned after i mailed my cords for $3.75 and asked for the owners card. I was told i could not have the owners name or phone number. But i know now that the owner is Michael Martin and the UPS corporate office knows the story too. read more

The service is EXCEPTIONAL!! My sister shipped me a package from New York that was supposed to be here by the weekend. There was a sorting error in Chicago so it arrived Monday. Her UPS store in New York was unwilling to do anything, but the manager at the Wheaton Town Square called her store and got my sister a full refund!!! He was so concerned and sympathetic to our situation and went out of his way to make it right. I have always had a terrific experience at the Wheaton store with friendly, efficient service and attention to detail. I will happily continue using them for all of my shipping needs!! My Mother is downsizing to a smaller location and gave us some of her precious family heirlooms to my family who lives​ in Southern California. David assisted us in the freight shipping process, providing us with a cost-effective quote, packaging the contents with extreme care and then calling us with updates on when our three boxes were to arrive. Terrible customer service. I was returning a package for a refund. The clerk told me I had a wrong address so I used the one he provided. It was the wrong address. The package was returned to the ups store and not me where it sat for 10 days until I tracked it down. My return no longer qualifies for a refund. read more
