Superb service! Price is unbeatable! I searched all over the city and suburbs for a good and affordable printing service with high reviews on Yelp. Alphagraphics did not disappoint. I wanted to print my own wedding invitations and they were so patient providing me with multiple proofs to make sure the resulting product was perfect. I also printed my wedding programs and escort cards with Alphagraphics and was equally pleased with the quality, service and price! I communicated with different individuals each time and each of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I cannot stress enough about the over the top service, prompt response time, quick response time, competitive pricing and quality of their products! read more

I have been using AlphaGraphics for a very long time--decades--for my creative writing and graphic design business. The current owners are personable and friendly, but I have great affection for the entire crew--for making my sometimes crazy deadlines and giving me good pricing. The office manager Tammy is incredibly organized and efficient. Bailey is an excellent designer and wizard at making my Indesign files look even better. Guy is the behind the scenes man who most often handles the folding, cutting, booklet making and packing of jobs. Danielle frequently answers the phone and helps keep the flow going, jumping in to help out where needed. read more

Prior to finding Alphagraphics, I had companies over promise and under deliver. When I first spoke with Danielle, she gave me realistic deadlines and delivered as promised. I felt like I had someone working on my order as if it were her own. Nina, designed a couple of beautiful labels for me. She is very, very talented and the turnaround time was quick. I get compliments from all my customers. We feel like we can compete with all the other brands whether we are on store shelves, at craft fairs or on the internet. We have great products on the inside wrapped around by beautiful packaging on the outside. We are very pleased. read more

I have only had one experience with this location. I had a big project I was quoting out. My experience started off very well. Then for some reason I was put into the hands of either a very inexperienced sales associate or just a plain nitwit. I like to send in a request and have it handled. I do not have time to play 100 questions. I have never had problems with being bombarded with questions in the past by sending my specs out for bids. It was just very annoying. If you do decide to use this location and would like to avoid a headache, just avoid a gal named Rhonda. read more

I've worked with them for business cards, brochures and recently for EDM orders. They're consistent in following up. Very helpful and makes you feel like a valued customer. Never feels like they're "too busy" for you. If they're busy they still take the time to contact you and let you know how long the turn about time will be. Unlike the Wheaton location. Found out that they're all individually operated. Explains why the customer service in Wheaton and Lisle is like day and night!!! Stick with Alpha Graphics in Lisle guys. Trust me, you'll thank me later! read more

Love working with Bailey and Danielle at Alphagraphics! They provide excellent customer service and diligence when getting projects done. Shout out to Bailey! She does a tremendous job designing all my marketing materials for real estate. It's helpful to work with her and get ideas with her design background on how to best complete a project. Price-wise, Alphagraphics doesn't charge too much but they also aren't cheap. I continue to use Alphapgraphics because of their friendly staff and quality of work. read more

We have utilized alphagraphics in the past and have always been very pleased with their staff and our finished product. This past week we ran into a very tight timeline and after explaining our dilemma the staff performed a phenomenal job of meeting our needs. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and very service orientated. If you are in need in print projects - this should be your go to place. The experience was wonderful! I was on a tight deadline for my print, and wasn't able to come in to select my paper. Danielle and Bailey were able to guide me in the right direction over phone and email, and provided expertise on what would create the best outcome. They printed in time for my deadline, and the book came out better than I had imagined. I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and colleagues. read more

I had a great experience with Alpha Graphics. I had a jpeg party invitation created, and discussed my needs. Even though it was not a huge order, they treated me like it was just as important. I shopped around, and by far, their pricing was unbeatable. The turnaround time was just a couple of days. I greatly appreciate all they did to create the party invitation I had envisioned. Thank you! read more

Recently, I started a new business and had AlphaGraphics print my business cards. They helped me decide the paper/printing quality based on my needs. And the process seemed very streamlined. Their service is very prompt and delivery was right on time. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend AlphaGraphics over online printing service like vistaprint. read more

Bailey was great to work with. She took lots of care to make sure the size of our artwork, background colors and overall finished size were exactly what we wanted. We ordered three different magnets that we will sell at our theatre performances and the finished products are very high quality. We use Alphagraphics for many of our printing projects! read more

I am an independent contractor and have many clients. All it takes is a phone call or an email and the staff at Alphagraphics get me exactly what I need as soon as I need it. In fact, when I am stuck, they design what I can conceptualize but can't draw. They are the best. I would not go anywhere else. read more

Tammy and the staff there are always very helpful. We usually give them a very short turnaround time, sometimes needing items the very same day and they've always exceeded our expectations. We've been a customer for years and we'll continue to be for many more! read more
