Amy Scoville, their Director of Business Development (their person in charge of attracting new clients), called me back and we had a normal phone call discussing what I needed. Nothing unusual. Shortly afterwards, she sent this disparaging email about me to her entire team that I received by mistake: Hi Everyone, I spoke to this guy. Let's discuss Monday. Do not call him. I was unsuccessful with a previous computer store, located on Ogden ave, figuring out the reason my…read morehigh end gaming PC would crash while running games. They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. Happy to report that I've run multiple games with zero crashes and everything is running fine. The level of service, detailed questions and customer care was excellent. Thanks Adam!
