We would often be missing items, receive double of an item we did not ask for, and plates would come scratched and damaged. Screw holes were never in the same place, font would be off center, and the pricing is way too high compared to other places nearby. She never keeps a log of when items are paid for, only when the order was placed, so it made our bookkeeping a nightmarish experience I will be happy to be done with. Do yourself a favor and go to Doc Morgan for your engraving needs. They are cheaper with better and consistent quality.
