I go into the shop, expecting to hear back in a week or so, and within ten minutes of leaving his shop, he calls us saying that the bed frame piece was fixed. I had been struggling with this project for almost two weeks, and Steve managed to fix it faster than the drive-tru at ChicFilA. I am still shocked and amazed at the affordable price and quick turnaround I received. Steve is very good at engraving and laser cutting! He is very competent with lasers and is a perfectionist when it comes to producing good products! I brought a Yeti rambler cup to him to have it engraved, he said he had only done a few of them and he practiced multiple times on a cup of his own to make sure that the laser cut properly through the coated paint on the Yeti. Part of an elliptical exercise machine that I own broke, making it unusable. Since the machine is old, I could not get a replacement part.
