I am very excited and hope to amend this review and give the another star. **update** I never finished this review. I wanted a trophy that would spurn jealousy in all who gazed upon it and they delivered. I have a majestic 3+ foot tall trophy with a unicorn on top. I don't think anything could have been done to make it better. Hats off to them and I apologize for the multi year delay in giving them the full 5 stars.

My original plan to use the CO2 laser at our library, but that plan fell through. After speaking with multiple companies, I ended up calling Steve at Create Cut Invent. Steve was able to take my design and perform the etching and cut it out in the shape I needed. It turned out amazing and my daughter is going to love it. Communication with Steve was excellent and he completed the project very quickly; even though it was not a large-scale project. When I picked up my item, I got to see Steve's gallery of work at the shop and was amazed. The range of projects he can tackle, including extremely small intricate pieces, is utterly amazing. I am sure I will be reaching out to Steve again to help me personalize my future woodworking gifts I make for my family and friends. Thanks Steve!

We would often be missing items, receive double of an item we did not ask for, and plates would come scratched and damaged. She never keeps a log of when items are paid for, only when the order was placed, so it made our bookkeeping a nightmarish experience I will be happy to be done with.
