Very engaged received a quote within the hour. Very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

I contacted Amber's Engraving about engraving a lighter that was my brother's who had passed away. I was given a quote for about twenty dollars. When I got there the price went up to $65. The old bait and switch. It seems to be happening and a lot these days. read more

Fast and friendly service. They did the engraving while I waited. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

Ambees Engraving - Trophy Shops Near Me - Westchester, Illinois

I had to have a table tennis trophy made last minute, and I drive past here on my way home from work. Stopped in with low expectations, but was very pleasantly surprised. Positives: - They had table tennis figures in stock! - They said they could build it while I waited (really cool, but I was in a hurry to get home) - After ordering, I realized I had forgotten my wallet, and they said it was fine for me to pay when I picked up (extra cool to find a business that trusts it's customers) - I stopped in on my way to work the next morning, and the trophy was ready and waiting. - The price was really, really good. I priced out trophies once before for my fantasy football league, and this place had better pricing by far. Overall, I was incredibly impressed. Great job! read more

I was very disappointed with the engraving done on a golf trophy I took there. This trophy has been in our family and has names on it each year dating back to 1959. I specifically requested that the engraving lettering and font size match the previous years entry. When I got it back today, the font size was smaller, the zero in 2018 was filled in as was the letter O in my last name, and the period was missing after Jr. When I called it to the attention of the store owner, he blamed it on "the computer." Sorry, but I will not be going back there. read more

Fast! One day turnaround. Very affordable. They shipped it ASAP, even before we paid for the items. Very old school trust here from them as a company. Hard to find quality. We are a business that uses tool tags. We are very happy with them. read more

My procrastination led to me scurrying for a place to have four small plaques engraved in two days. The gentleman there was kind and said he would get it done by the next day . He did so and they turned out even better than I expected. Thank you read more

Needed a trophy with engraving & I was able to wait just 15 minutes & leave with it done! Can't beat that.

Just recently had an award engraved and couldn't be happier with everything. From start to finish(Very Fast BTW), everything was on point. Zoeb took the time to listen to the purpose of the award and make suggestions as well as providing a quality product with quick turn around. I see why others rave and am glad I chose them for the piece. I would highly recommend them to others! read more

Used Ambees for a local youth sports organization for end of season medals. Wanted to use a local business because it was important to our board. They offered several options at a competitive price and fast turnaround. The teams were thrilled with the design and the quality. Can't recommend Zoeb and his team enough. They were great. read more

Didn't have a good experience.....Nice but overpriced, inconsistent and their printing is limited. I was quoted one price of $15 then the owner tried to charge me $35 just to engrave 3 initials on my husbands leather briefcase. Unable to provide a proof of what the engraving would look like before being imprinted on the briefcase. I wanted it done right with it being a special Xmas gift. My gut feeling told me to go somewhere else. Im glad I did got a better product for a lower price at Artistic Engraving which is less than 3 mins away. read more

Ambees Engraving was great. I needed my logo to be engraved onto my aluminum portfolio. And he did a terrific job. The logo was crisp and clean, and was exactly what I had designed it. And he got the job done in less than a week! read more

I had two days to get two awards created on a budget ($100). My search led me to Things Remembered in Lombard, but left, because it was cost prohibitive and the salesman was unhelpful. A google search turned up Ambees in Westchester. I called and spoke with Hatim, who patiently guided me over the phone through their online catalogue. I explained my situation (lack of time and limited resources) but he was dissuaded. The awards I liked he only had one in stock, but had a slightly larger and more expensive version in stock, which he sold to me for the cheaper price--I was impressed! I sent him the text and graphics via email a few minutes later and he followed up over the phone to let me know he would be able to include the logo, which added a very nice touch to the design. The next day when I turned up to the shop to pick up the items he told me that he'd made a mistake. Upon inspecting the items, the error was still not apparent to me. He said, I wanted the item to be right, so I made a third award in case you weren't please. Again, I still cannot identify the error. I was SO impressed by his honesty and commitment to good customer service, that I felt compelled to write a review. My experience was positive, and I plan to make the trek from Chicago back to Westchester next year to purchase from Hatim. From a cost stand point, he was VERY REASONABLE! Had I gone with Things Remembered, I would not have been able to get our logo on the item (because they needed a 2 wk lead time) and the engraving alone would have cost me $87 per award. The 2 awards and the engraving at Ambees cost me $110 and he turned it around in 1 day--simply incredible! Trust me, he is worth the drive, and you will be pleased with the work. read more

Great turn around time and wonderful finished product. The owner is also kind and polite, a dream to work with.

I had a great experience with them. I was looking for a plaque at the last minute (within a week). I tried different websites that let you design plaques, but they wanted 10 days to process my order. I contacted a couple of local places. Because they considered it a "rush" order, they wanted to charge me double. I contacted Ambees via email. Immediately they responded with questions and requested a sample. I sent them what I needed and they quoted me a price. This price was less than half of what everyone else quoted, so I was kinda hesitant. I sent them the final draft on a Wednesday (I needed the plaque by Saturday). They had the plaque ready Thursday. On the day I was going to pick up the plaque, I got stuck in traffic. I contacted the store and the owner decided to wait until I got there. When I saw the plaque I was amazed - he upgraded the plaque (at no additional charge). It was exactly what I wanted. We spoke and he wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work before I left the store. The previous comments were spot on. Would recommend them to any and everyone read more
