Every employee I encountered seemed unhappy, uninterested, and completely disengaged. Not a single person smiled, greeted me, or offered assistance, despite the store not being busy. When I did try to get help, it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff - I even received a dirty look. Customer service appeared to be the last thing on anyone's mind. For a brand like Nike, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and enthusiasm. I ended up leaving and ordering the exact same shoes from Fleet Feet, where knowledgeable employees actually take the time to help customers and make them feel welcome. Nike, your products may be great, but the in-store experience was anything but. Customer service matters. Do better.

When I came to pick up the T-shirts, I looked at the top one and it was perfect. I trusted them by not looking at the next two T-shirts but when I got home I found out the third was made completely wrong. My daughter and her friends were totally surprised and excited . Each of them got a small Flag as the large one still flies from our pole. These kids get ridiculed and messed with quite a bit and band together for each other for this reason. The message I wanted to send was love and acceptance to these kids. I wanted them to feel comfortable and safe , ridicule free so they could just be them and eat drink and hang out. They played bags, danced , listened to music and had a great time. Some of the parents unfortunately are not so accepting and one girl actually had to ask to be dropped off down street so mom wouldnt see the rainbow flag. She apparently would not have let her stay. I found that sad, but it is a perfect example why this day was so important and these items and their message needed to be sent.
