I said okay, let's see what it got against the love-to-hate Kinkos. Here's what I wanted... I had a USB jump-flash-disk drive. On it was a document (PDF) spanning a whole 2 pages. I needed it print and was going to go to Kinko's after finishing work at a client (and no, I couldn't print there as it was personal and not related to work). But I was walking to Chickpea for lunch and come across this little storefront. I thought, "great, I can get it done now and not drive to Kinko's afterwards (even though it was on my way, I hate parking around there in rush hour). I go in. It has a nice hanging sign instead of a wall. Except the sign was only half the width of the store, so you still could see the back. The interior isn't really much to write about. Its spartan, couple of sad looking copiers. I go in, and someone comes and asks me what I need done. I ask if they would be able to print my PDF document. Couple pages. Regular paper size. Black & White. She confirmed and went to ask in the back. A couple of minutes later, and she tells me the cost. $5. Yep. Five bucks for a couple of pages. I left. Kinko charges $0.10 per copy! Seriously. And Kinko's has a machine that reads your USB along with your CC so you can view the PDF at the copier. I don't know what they are thinking, but all she needed to do was plug it in her computer and hit print. It shouldn't be five bucks. It shouldn't even be a buck! I would give it one star, but I don't know how their prices compare to banners and other projects, which supposedly they specialize. Shop around before setting on this place.

He got calls while I was there, helped customers on the phone while getting my key fob set right and handled the chaos with grace and amazing customer service. This "kid" is going places. They quoted me 6 hours for my move and then tried to charge me for 14. On delivery day, they ignored my calls until I threatened to call the state police and file charges for stealing my belongings. When they finally called back, they claimed they didn't even have me on the schedule -- despite multiple conversations confirming the exact delivery date. They eventually showed up five and a half hours late, in a U-Haul (not a company truck), with only one hand truck -- and had to use mine. Every single piece of my furniture was damaged, many items were completely broken, and some were outright missing. I watched one mover literally throw my boxes around and carry one couch pillow at a time while the clock -- and my bill -- kept running. This same mover argued with co-workers in front of me and even dropped an F-bomb at me on his way out. This company is a classic bait-and-switch operation: careless, disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unconcerned about your belongings. Please, if you value your possessions, do not use this company! UPDATE: Mike C. claims they did not perform this move. The first time, I used them for just a week because I was having my garage floor sealed and the garage had to be empty. This year,I am in the midst of an addition and had reserved another trailer to be delivered in a couple of weeks. Recently, I got a call from my hysterical son that the workers just busted through his wall into his bedroom (that wasn't supposed to happen for 2 more weeks -although, I wasn't complaining that the construction was going faster than scheduled) and that he needed to move out. I called Zippy Shell to see if I could move up the trailer delivery and Dan said that he was really sorry but they were fully booked for the at least a week. I said ok but that I had an issue because my son could now tell me the weather and I didn't mean by looking out the window. Dan was awesome and said since that was the situation, he would deliver one in two days even if it meant he would drive the trailer over himself. The staff always is personable and friendly on the phone. Try them, you won't regret it!
