That's exactly what we got when we finally went with InoPrints. We explained everything we wanted and the issues we encountered with online print sites. Berto listened to our concerns and handled our order. He gave us the perfect recommendations for what would translate best for what we described we wanted. The order showed up earlier than expected, and the final product vastly exceeded our expectations. It costs $0.20 if you make sure that you print in black and white (it was color for me before I changed it, but perhaps it's because the document I was printing has a color header). And I love that I can do all of this without interacting with anyone. This is a much smaller location than I've ever been in but they do the major things like print, fax, ship. It's adjoining a Starbucks so you can get your caffeine fix.

When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

After 2 days the shipper (UPS) had no record of it ever leaving the store ! Went back to store to talk to manager. He said he repacked the item because he over heard my wife say that there was a valuable item in it. The item was very securely packed the day it was left at the store. We gave him no permission to repack it. It could not be insured as we had no appraisal of the item. We reported the loss / theft to UPS corporate. They are in the process of their investigation.
