I sent them all the info they asked for, and I hadn't heard back. I contacted them a couple weeks later asking for status and they said COVID affected their business and things were going slow there. I can sympathize with the COVID issue but they could have at least sent me a quick note letting me know about the issues. They said they were ready to place my order and gave me a price, so I asked them to go ahead and place the order, this was on 1/6. I got no reply or confirmation from them. I emailed them on 1/27 to ask for a status and they were very short with me and said just send them over the information on what slips I needed and they would place the order, ie they were asking for the exact info i sent them for my forms the last week of December. I responded back correcting them saying I sent them all this a month ago and asked them to confirm that they can still place this order. Never got a response from them at all. Clearly they either lost or ignored my order, and instead of admitting this to me they just decided to not respond at all hoping the situation would just go away or something. This is horrible customer service, horrible communication, and I would advise anyone considering using this place to reconsider.

Three 11x14 prints only cost me less than $25!!! Whereas FedEx was going to charge $20 EACH. The shop is on the corner street with a big parking lot so plenty of space, you won't have trouble finding parking. I would 10000% recommend coming here for your print needs. The execution on the print was flawless and customer service was prompt and friendly. These guys clearly know what they're doing. The only small gripe was that upon pick up, I walked into the store and nobody was wearing a mask. I guess I don't care that much given I was just vaccinated, but it was a little bit shocking to see. No masks in sight, no effort to cover up, nothing to see here guys. Doesn't impact the quality of the print, which I thought was perfect, or the overall customer service, which was great. Their technicians never seem to have problems with artwork in a myriad of file formats (sometimes our clients send us Word docs, Power Point slides, really uncommon formats, or files from old versions of design software), or missing fonts. I googled scanning services in Irving Park and found this place right down the street. They have been there so long and I didn't even know they were there! They're across the street from Munchie's for those of you from the neighborhood. Point is, it's a family-owned neighborhood business with great customer service and cheaper prices than Kinko's. For packrats like me who save every paper, essay, and even class notes, they also scan documents and save them onto CDs for $30 an hour. The owner suggested removing all staples to speed up the process get best value for your money. I can't wait to hand over my boxes to Gator and declutter my house!

I tried to call-he was too busy to talk and always promised to call me back. Calls weren't even returned. Last time I called I was really mad and told him that I wanted the money back. He said that there is no refund no matter what. So, I called my bank and they got my money back. I got lucky there. But be careful!
