I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! Can't argue with the price I paid either, because ~$0.44 per card of THIS QUALITY is amazing. I'm just really glad that I found a shop that was quick, reliable, and able to accommodate something very niche like original/custom trading cards. They have 3 different printer models on demonstration in the store, the well known Makerbot Replicator, the Up Mini, and a very high end expensive unit (EOS Formiga P110) that prints high resolution art-quality pieces. They sell various 3d pieces printed from the machines ... the nylon printed art they have is really unique and cool. They also have computer terminals where you can design a pendant and they will then print that out. If you have a part or piece you want replicated, you can bring it in and have that done. Ever wanted to stand on a platform, be spun in a circle and scanned by a sensor that creates a 3d digital model of yourself, then prints out a bust of your head? For $24 (and up for bigger sizes), you can do that here. Want to take a printer home? The Up Mini 3D Printer for $999. For the price it's a great model / value. And it's in stock with no waiting list. They sold 3d printers before Staples, and theirs is less expensive! The guys that work there are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the topic... it's a store but also a low pressure introduction to the concept. This store is an original--you won't find it anywhere else (yet). It's awesome. Take a friend, take a tourist, take mom.
