The first time, the rep told me she was from the energy company and "needed" to see my bill. I told her I wasn't interested, she said she would keep coming back until she saw my bill. I've declined their services on four separate occasions before finally taking down their names and calling their supervisor. I told the sales reps I was not interested in what they were selling and asked them to stop ringing my buzzer and knocking on my windows. The reps, Larissa, Elisa, and Omar, said they would not personally return but that someone else from Cooper Concepts would be coming back. Omar said there was no way to remove me from their route. I asked for their company's name and their supervisor's name and number. He told me, "it's Cooper Concepts, google it" and tried to ignore me. I insisted he give me the details immediately and I was finally given the name Apryl Christensen. Apryl was expecting my call, she told me they would not return to my home. I was not given an opportunity to air my grievances, which gave me the impression that aggressive and rude tactics are common practice at Cooper Concepts. Instead of threatening me with visits from other reps, a simple, "We're sorry, we won't return, and we'll send the message up the chain of command" would have sufficed. Omar "didn't appreciate" my attitude. The feeling is mutual. So if you want a direct-marketing firm that will enrage your potential clients so much that they will discredit your company with their friends and neighbors, definitely hire Cooper Concepts.
