First time I was buying a label and shipping my item I packaged myself, paid about $15 for a 5lb lamp, it was an efficient transaction. Second time I came to print my own prepaid label , I was very confused but the staff was nice and helpful. Like I said , new to shipping, I didn't realize the label would be printed out on regular paper then placed into a little plastic bag like sticker that holds the paper label & goes onto the package, the staff here handed me one when I was obviously cluelessZ FYI to print your label here, it's $2 for 5 mins on the computer and 15c per print. So whatever you paid for the label add $2.15.

I understand that people get busy- but after 3 business days had passed, I called to check on the status of my QUOTE. I was told that I would be recieving it later that day- by 1pm. I called and talked to a gentleman who said that he was the responsible party for the delay, apologized profusely and said that I would be recieving my quote via email by that afternoon. Guess what folks- it never came!! It must be great that in this economy, this small business can afford to turn down work. Honestly disappointing.

#59 of 2017 Needed…read moreto get illustrations printed to display at the convention show. I needed a professional job. I needed a shop specializing in graphic design that understood the production process on our end without knowing our industry. When I walked in here I was overwhelmed with the old retro elements like a mimeograph, type set machines, beaten and worn solid wood furniture from the turn of the century. I felt I was more in a museum than a print shop. I got the warm fuzzies, and that's good. David was able to help us to 100% satisfaction. He understood our concerns and needs. He also explained we could use another type of paper he carries to improve our product quality. And the price was very competitive to what I've paid. When I saw the final product I was very pleased. So glad to find someone knowledgable, customer friendly and could take care of our rush job in the 2hour time limit. What ever your printing project is don't mess around. Talk to David to get straight shot answers. Get the job done right with the people who have learned from the past to better provide the needs of today and lead the way to new technologies tomorrow. They do work wirh 3D printers.
