This is the first time we have built a website--or started a business--so the confidence and direction that Blueshoon brought to our project were so helpful. In short, The Play Cafe worked with a separate graphic design group to originate a brand, color scheme, and general design. We then came to Blueshoon to transition all of those ideas to a clear, clean website design that would be easy to navigate. Check out our finished product, which embodies everything we asked for (theplaycafechicago.com). One huge reason I liked working with Blueshoon is that they helped me to be self-sufficient in web maintenance. They took the time to go over the inner workings of the site, so I know how to edit or update text and add certain features which we will be ready for in the future. As we know, teaching a man to fish will help him get a lot further in life! Blueshoon took the time to make sure we were set well beyond our meetings together.

Blueshoon has helped my web marketing firm out of many different and tough situations over the last…read more3 years that I have been working with them. I actually have a Chicago office and another one in Los Angeles. As it turned out, one day I was in the Chicago area and had a very high stakes MYSQL coding problem that crippled a major part of my business. My core staff being back in LA was unable to solve the problem. A friend of mine had referred me to Blueshoon after hours and they responded. Not only did they solve the problem, they made my server and sites run better than they did before the problem. Following that time, I have sub-contracted many projects to them from graphic design, to web applications, and even moved all of my hosting needs over to them. They are able to help me with my sites and server problems better than any hosting solution even if it is managed because they are familiar with my work details. The other thing I want to point out is they are OUTSTANDING when it comes to working on billing solutions for sites in e-commerce. They really are able to do a lot for you. They have installed analytic tracking and even mined data for me to tell me how to get my conversions across many different projects I have brought them into higher. They have been able to cut through multiple layers of business issues from tech to marketing. A very big reason to consider this group is that they have a very strong number of abilities from creating a site, web apps, design, coding functions, to user experience and even the marketing. I really like that they bridge marketing with technology and can do all of the data extraction as well as problem solving. They communicate very well with tech and marketing people and understand how to bridge the gap between the how (technology) and the why (marketing). You won't find a more able group of people who can cover the spread of needs you would have in the digital space better than Blueshoon. They are a tremendous value and can really do it all. I have yet to throw a complex problem at them that they have not had an answer for. Just amazing work from this crew and I cannot possibly endorse them in a way that does them any justice!

It's great working with Web 312…read more I was introduced to Josh from Web 312 over 2 years ago. He provided a quick fix solution to our website, which was a disaster to begin with. He helped us out when we didn't have much of a budget and created a bit of functionality to our site. Then last year, we chose to upgrade the event page on our site to include fields and gather information. Web 312 delivered this feature quickly and with perfect accuracy. It was exactly what we needed and upgraded our site from functional to decent. Finally, this year, after working with them for the last 2 years and watching them consistently deliver, I had them redo our site completely. They met with me as many times as I asked them to, they were quick to respond to all inquiries, updates and requests I made. They delivered the features that I specifically asked for and added great insight when I needed a little help. Most importantly, they completed the project exactly when they said they were going to. In fact, I told them I needed the site earlier than I actually needed it done just to be safe. But they were on time, which means I got the product earlier than expected...which I KNOW from years of experience is something that rarely happens with web/graphic design projects. I now have a great website that represents our business. You can visit it at www.citizenbar.com I would highly recommend working with Web 312 for any web related project. You will be satisfied with all aspects of your experience.

After having disappointing results with a couple of other firms who promised me the moon and couldn't deliver I was careful who I was going to go with this time. What I liked about ebiz was that they were very upfront with me. I was made aware that SEO is a long term process and I need to be patient as results don't happen overnight. A fact that the other companies were not very forthcoming about. I am an impatient guy and I wanted results asap but they said legitimate SEO takes time. I am so glad I went with them because now 3 months later (much earlier than what they promised) my sales are up roughly 1200% and I am getting real results. I could have probably increased my sales even more if I had listened to their advice to get a new website but due to my prior experiences with other firms I wanted to take it slow. After I saw the results from online sales I didnt wait any longer and got my website redesigned. This made another big difference in results almost immediately as the new web design was modern and it was mobile friendly. The next logical step according to them was to do social media marketing and I agreed and they ran a test campaign centered around Mother's Day and boy was I surprised by the results!! I was a believer that digital marketing was the way to go. Another thing I liked was that...they were very accomodative to the changes that I requested. At the other firms from my prior exeperiences they try to talk you out of it but not at ebiz. Now I'm getting them to design two other websites for my other businesses and I have recommended them to a couple if my business contacts. I like that they offered me discounts on these two projects and agreed to do another non profit website (newest venture to help the poor and needy) for free. I'm glad that I have a long term partner in ebizuniverse and I think I have found my perfect online marketing partner.
