In three years using these guys they've yet to let me down. They go out of their way to help me look good for my clients, they turn things around very quickly, and their prices are competitive. Recently I was in a time crunch and needed to get materials printed and shipped in no time. They managed to squeeze my project into their schedule and meet my crazy deadline. And knowing I was crushed for time they also offered to handle the shipping and save me a trip. Good people here. I recommend them highly.

The receptionist was warm, other staff members were nice and courteous, and Jeff, who ran the research was phenomenom. I provided Jeff with questions during the interview, and he asked the people. Then he followed my lead with more questions so the answers were clear. There was no mistakes in interpretation, Jeff got my points across, and the testers got to reveal their opinions at multiple opportunities, so there was no doubt. As a client, I get to sit in leather chair. The paid survey group sat in the same type of comfortable leather chair too. Everyone used the same bathroom, which was clean. That shows me fairness. P&K treats their customers and their paid testers the same, no double standards. I truly appreciate Jeff's professionalism, making a long, focus work day fun and fulfilling for me.

A friend referred me to Kural Design after I had lamented to him that I was having trouble finding a firm that was easy to deal with, and could serve as a one-stop-shop for all of my start-up business needs. I'm compelled to write this review because my experience with Kural Design was awesome. They took the time to meet with me on several occasions and were truly engaged in learning my vision, which they ultimately translated to a very sophisticated and user friendly website. On top of that, they produced my business logo and provided all collateral material so I could order stationary and marketing material with just a few clicks of a button. Everything looks very professional and I attribute the business I have acquired over the past few months to this fact. After I launched, realizing how little time I had, I ended up contracting KD to assist me in maintaining my website for a nominal monthly fee. No brainer! I would absolutely recommend Kural Design for anyone who needs print or digital marketing, logo design, or just help with brand alignment. Thanks again KD!

They…read moreprovide comfortable clean environment for focus groups and plenty of refreshments and snacks. To echo Jamie's review, it is NOT a scam. If you check Fieldwork's website, as well as that of the Market Research Association, Quirks.com, QRCA.org and CASRO, you will find that the Fieldwork network is a reputable market research company. if you are called for a study, listen carefully to what the interviewer says at the start and end of the interview. They are calling you because you meet a few basic requirements (age, gender, etc)...but they have to ask you a number of other questions to ensure you qualify. Who decides if you qualify? The client company who is coughing up thousands of dollars to pay for this research...not Fieldwork. Because research is so expensive, clients create very detailed screening questionnaires to make sure the people in the group are the right mix. Once they reach a quota on a certain thing (age, income, occupation, ethnicity, etc), they move onto the next one. It's not personal, its not racism, its research design. It's up to you if you want to participate in a 20 minutes screening interview for a CHANCE at participating in a focus group (just because they call you is not a guarantee you will qualify). But your opinions DO matter. Companies you shop at and pay bills to...are spending big dollars to make this research happen. Your feedback helps them understand the problems you have with their company, helps them create products you actually want, and you'll make a little extra cash on the side. Not bad. I'm in this line of work (client). Screening and recruitment is not a perfect process, but our industry takes a very hard line on "research" scams. Fieldwork is 100% legit.
