If there is a scheduling conflict on our end, Brandy is always willing to work with us to get things figured out. We have been in the process of selling our condo for the last year or so and it's been beyond amazing to know that once a week our home is getting a thorough deep clean and is ready for showings at any moment. A few weeks ago we had a last minute showing pop up and our place was in shambles, so we panicked. Brandy saved us by switching up her schedule to help us out and after a few hours she had our place spotless. This week we had the opportunity to work with the newest member of Royal Plus Cleaning and her name is Johnny. She's definitely a great addition to Brandy's crew! Johnny was super friendly and wanted to know exactly what we needed done. We've currently got moving boxes everywhere and a toddler who likes to destroy everything, so Johnny had her work cut out for her today. Despite the mess, our condo looks incredible now. She even cleaned our window sills, behind the toilets, etc. I really loved how thorough she was and am so happy Brandy has another quality person working for her. I will forever recommend Royal Plus Cleaning Service for any and all cleaning needs!

They were also able to squeeze me in on short notice. Then once the cleaners got to my apartment we did a walk through to look over the main areas I felt needed a bit more focus or a deeper clean. And the results were - omg - amazing. It's always so nice coming back to a clean house, but this was BEYOND clean. All the little nooks and crannies, my main concerns, and they were even able to get a stain out of my marble counter. My plans also changed suddenly so I wasn't able to see them off, but I was assured that I didn't have to pay until I got home and did a walk through to review everything. Definitely would recommend and will use them again for my next deep clean.

I chose the move out clean, which entailed all things that needed to be done like dusting, cleaning appliances, getting rid of cob webs etc. Well, to say the least they sucked at doing what they said they would do. I took pictures of the house after they "cleaned". BIGGEST SCAM EVER. They did say they would come back, which one cleaner did. Yet the house was still not done to the level of clean they advertised. Vents, light fixtures, dishwasher, window sills, etc. were still left dirty. Peep the pictures to see just SOME of their cleaning. I borderline wanted to report it to my bank account as fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EDITED: Owner states that these are from the before. I will post the time stamps to show these photos are 1000% from after. Secondly, painters were not there until the next day, when your cleaner came back. I was not present for the final walk through, my husband was, he was unaware of the secondary clean so he would not know what he was looking at. There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients. I did reach out that I was not satisfied and this is where you sent someone to come back, again, the work was the worst I have ever seen for what I would expect. The list could go on and on. Please feel free to reach out.
