I booked a deep clean for my 3 bed/2.5 bath & a basement family room. The 2 cleaners were done in 2 hours, which was the first bad sign. The ladies just packed up and left without letting me look around first. It was probably the worst cleaning I have ever had. Very basic things were missed, like a whole bar top still had crumbs and dust on it and the showers and tub were dirty and dry. For a deep clean it was just really unacceptable. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated. She encouraged me to book again with different cleaners, but when I messaged her to do that, she never responded. Bad business practices. Would not recommend even if her prices are lower than competitors. read more

I found Mariia when I was selling my condo. She did a deep cleaning before we had our first open house and a final move out cleaning before the final walkthrough prior to closing. Mariia was very responsive both times and she addressed my specific requests perfectly. The day of final cleaning was 90 degrees and sunny. We had moved out a week before and didn't realize that the thermostat was off. Even though it was about 85 degrees in our condo, Mariia and her colleague turned on the AC and ceiling fans and got cracking. Mariia promised to take on our house and our daughter's house as weekly clients on Tuesdays After sharing our story of losing our prior long term cleaner to her need to relocate. Before Mariia and her assistant (who spoke no English) left after the first time cleaning both our houses she jacked up the price on both jobs from that which was quoted at the start. After paying her the inflated price, without complaint, she called the same night to change our promised Tuesday times for unspecified reason. Even though Tuesdays was Mariia's choice. We explained that we needed a consistent schedule and offered to change days if she needed to reschedule to a different day of the week. She called back again after agreeing to change days and blew us off as clients without any explanation or apology. We were left in the lurch until weeks later when we could secure a replacement.
