We request to work with Ana for our regular monthly cleaning but any member of the team provides a great service. The staff is equipped with their own supplies making it really hands off for the customer. I do like to declutter counter tops and tables to ensure she can get to surfaces, but she'll also neatly arrange stuff if a few stray items happen to be on a counter top. One of my favorite surprises is how she leaves towels, toilet paper, and paper towels in little flowers and bows. Each member of the team does this in different ways. Had a straightforward job for a move-out clean that needed to be done. I'm less than a week out and now trying to find someone else to do it while I'm back home. I've never had cleaners ask for a deposit before. Was hoping to leave a glowing review with before and after photos to help grow their Yelp like I do with other vendors but now am stuck finding another cleaner. Can't speak to the quality of their work but if you're worried about paying money up front when many vendors are late or no-show not a company for you. I'm always happy to pay when people show up. Very basic things were missed, like a whole bar top still had crumbs and dust on it and the showers and tub were dirty and dry. For a deep clean it was just really unacceptable. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated.
