I scheduled a Deep Clean appointment after reviewing the website with a detailed list of tasks for a Deep Clean. Lorena and Colleen were very thorough and professional. I am very happy with the results. When the cleaning was completed they went over everything they did, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend. read more

Within a few days after inquiring about their services, Clean Freaks had an employee scheduled for a deep cleaning of our house. It really needed it too. Myra arrived on a Saturday morning at 8am, and diligently moved through our entire house in just about 6 hours without taking a break. She was courteous and very thorough. Our house interior has never looked better. End to end the service and professionalism was fantastic. I highly recommend if you live in the city. read more

I booked an initial deep clean for the Friday before a big trip to treat myself to a clean home when I returned. I had requested 10:30a-12:30p arrival, but two days before the service, I got a reminder email stating that the cleaner was arriving "between 8:00am - 8:30am." This surprised me, but I decided to let that happen since I could accommodate the early arrival. I had never had a professional cleaner before. The woman was very kind and did a lovely job cleaning the shower. About an hour after arrival, I got a call from Clean Freaks saying that the cleaner would have to leave and accosted me for not reading instructions. I was incredibly embarrassed, being scolded over the phone in front of the cleaner, and started looking for this "prep" I should have been talking about. I eventually found this one line in one email saying, "SERVICE PREP: We kindly ask that you prepare for your visit by straightening up as much as possible, and putting things in there proper places. This includes but is not limited to articles of clothing, toys, garbage etc." I have a tiny apartment, so there isn't much storage for items, so things in their "proper place" would mean they could be on the counter in the bathroom, etc. I would have done so if there were instructions that I should clear off surfaces as much as possible. This is my first time getting any professional cleaning, and I scoured the website, but there was nothing further about how to prep. She insisted that the cleaner had to get to other homes in the day. While that's understandable, the cleaner had been there less than an hour and was initially scheduled for at least 2-3 hours. I can chalk up some of this to my inexperience (I would argue their instructions should be clearer for first-timers), but the random arrival time change is inexcusable. There are so many typos, too, which is very unprofessional. I told them this in their feedback form,. Things but I never got a response. read more

This was a move out cleaning job. Jessica was phenomenal. She did everything, including the windows. it was an extremely thorough cleaning. I couldn't have been happier with the job done. I got my full deposit back. More than worth it. Thank you Jessica at Clean Freaks. Clean Freaks has been consistently great from a move in clean to the move out clean - Outstanding. Thank you Clean Freaks. read more

I don't recommend Clean Freaks because they're not transparent. They don't disclose the fine print until they have your card on file, which includes a $75 cancellation charge if their cleaners can't find parking. It's challenging to guarantee parking when I'm not at the unit. Additionally, my building requires the names of cleaners, but Clean Freaks doesn't provide the full names of their cleaners even when asked repeatedly. I suspect they would have charged me a cancellation fee if their people couldn't get in. Positively, they were prompt in responding to my questions and canceled my appointment when I raised my concerns. They also removed my credit card from file. read more

Great service, highly recommended. Jessica did a move out clean for a unit in our building and did a fantastic job the day after I contacted them. read more

I was looking for an eco-friendly cleaning service that would be pet safe and allergy friendly for me. I came across Clean Freaks via a Google Search and was impressed by the offerings. When I called asking for a deep clean the next day in preparation for my husband's upcoming medical procedure, Michelle in Customer Service went out of her way to accommodate the request. Jessica was our cleaning tech and she was kind, down to earth and thorough. I love how my home looks and smells. I could tell the products that she was using were gentle and eco-friendly and I was thrilled that she was using microfiber cloths just like the website advertised. Jessica swept, vacuumed and mopped our floors (in addition to everything else she did) and they are shining. The inside of my microwave is spotless. I couldn't be happier and I'm breathing a sigh of relief that one thing is off my to do list. This wasn't the cheapest cleaning service, but for what I got and the attention paid, I would absolutely book again. read more

We've been looking for a cleaning service and one with more eco-focused products. I came upon Clean Freaks in my search and scheduled an initial deep clean. Our tech was so friendly and professional and took the time to understand what we wanted to focus on during the walk through. I had expressed in my notes when scheduling the deep clean that I have a scent sensitity to many cleaning products and the tech addressed that with me. I was glad the note was shared with the tech and that she brought it up. This service is very buttoned up and communicative. We are booking recurring service with the tech. Very happy we found Clean Freaks!! read more

I needed a cleaning. It was a vacant apartment. They came and did some but left me and my partner to clean for 2 more hours. They were responsive to me and called back after I found multiple areas needing more cleaning but time is money and I needed it clean and I excepted it to be clean at the agreed upon time. There was never a concern about cost. But they wasted my time which I'll never get back. read more

Sandra and Mayra did a fantastic job deep cleaning our apartment. Our kitchen has never looked better (I really wish I had a before and after of our oven!) and every other room has had layers of dust and cat hair removed. I just had a first time cleaning service. Sandra did an amazing job. I don't know how she got things so shiny! I also love that they use eco friendly products so our place smells fresh, not like chemicals. Small touches like cleaning the toothbrush holder and folding the towels didn't go unnoticed. Communication and payment process was easy. Good discounts available as well. I have signed up for monthly service. Highly recommend. read more

I booked this service after reviewing all the reviews and perhaps it was just an off day for the cleaners. We had a new home that needed a cleaning, it was 2500 square ft. The second tech came late by 1.5 due to a flat-tire. While they didn't charge for the time..they should've send a second tech. Overall, though the cleaner came with a bad attitude and said oh wow there is lots of dust. They didnt have a bucket and came without the necessary scrubbers. You must clarify everything with them prior to coming. For the amount they are charging ~$500 for a 2,500 sq ft. it needs to be perfect. They are a premium service and I shouldn't have to check on them. read more

Clean Freaks has been amazing for us. We needed a cleaner who would give extra attention to dust and cat hair to help manage allergies, and they have exceeded our expectations. Each visit, our apartment is left sparkling clean and dust free on every surface, no matter how small. Maria, our cleaning tech, is fantastic. She is prompt, diligent, and friendly, and always makes sure to address any needs we have. The few times our schedules required a different tech, we had a great experience as well. I recommend Clean Freaks all the time. It's exactly what we needed! read more

We had these guys in for cleaning a single time and for us the cost wasn't worth the result. We would have gotten our place cleaner in the same amount of time--and the cost was just too high to justify not spending the time ourselves. Particularly paying a premium for a new job I'd thought the quality would be best after the first visit. Admin and on site team were pleasant but as above results just weren't worth it. In comparison to other services I've used previously the quality of the cleaning was lower and the cost was more. read more

Blanca did a great job deep cleaning my apartment. This is the absolute nicest my home has ever looked and I will be scheduling again.

At 83, I have had to admit that I can't do the deep cleaning I always did. A neighbor recommended a service she haas used for years: Clean Freaks. From Hello to my first cleaning, Clean Freaks made it clear why her recommendation was so high. Kayla arrived on time, was clearly prepared for some hard deep cleaning, checked for my approval and additional instructions after cleaning each floor of my townhome. Satisfied? I was thrilled. Kayla cleaned much better than I ever did...and friends know I am a clean freak! Anyone fortunate enough to have Kayla clean their home will be lucky to have such an engaging professional. Clean Freaks called twice to ask my approval of charges for each extension of time the job required. And again for my appraisal of Kayla's work. The women who run the operation clearly care. I'm looking forward now to greeting Kayla next week! read more

Mira & Clean Freaks were great! She arrived right in the time frame provided and had all of the supplies needed, I didn't have to provide her anything (which I don't mind doing, but it was a def +). I received 2 calls from the office while Mira was here to check in and also to tell me the cleaning was taking longer than expected. I was given the option to continue or stop as the price was going above my quote. Communication was top notch read more

This is my second time using Clean Freaks for a deep clean of my home, and I am once again blown away by what a great job their team does. We have twin baby boys and a dog, so our place was definitely in need of a good clean. They are busy (and rightfully so), so both times I've gotten on their waitlist for services. Our first tech was Kayla (who was wonderful), and yesterday's cleaning tech was Jessica. She was incredibly thorough and took great attention to detail, and our place looks incredible. I will never use another cleaning service besides Clean Freaks again - they are 100% worth any potential wait. Thanks again for your great work, Jessica! read more

Fully recommend Clean Freaks for anyone looking to get their space clean! Michelle was extremely easy to communicate with and the set up process was very easy. They work well with you to find a good time that works for you. Jessica came and did a great job cleaning and focused exactly on the areas that I emphasized to her. I let her in before I left for work and came back to an extremely clean space just like I requested. The whole experience was extremely professional and well done! Again, fully recommend this company! read more

Very happy with their service, our cleaning tech (Perla) was prompt and very courteous. It's been a while since we deep cleaned our place and with 2 dogs and a 2 year old it certainly needed it. Clean Freaks are the best cleaners I have had. The show up on time, get to work and are lovely to boot. They are extremely detail focused and thorough and there's no "cleaning smell" left over as their products are all natural. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

We loved our first experience with Clean Freaks. We made an initial request for a cleaning on a Saturday morning but they had availability for Wednesday of the following week! They were so communicative, friendly and organized. I love that they bring their own equipment and products. We have some cleaning products but I like that they're not reliant upon that. Shoutout to Jenny who arrived on time and did a PHENOMENAL job. She was also so kind when I walked through some details of our home and particularities. Walking into a home that's sparkly and immaculate just feels so wonderful after a long day. So THANK YOU! The details matter - the list of tasks outlined on the website, the response time of emails to book services, and even the mints and the placard left behind informing us who serviced us, the stickers on the toilet paper rolls, and even the texts confirming that the cleaning is done was all the cherry on the top of the actual service provided. read more
