Requested service from Yelp projects and Joanna responded, gave dates available and got us on the schedule. Yesterday was the cleaning and she did an AMAZING job!!! 100% worth it and she is reasonably priced. Meticulously cleaned the condo and the baseboards!! She asked a lot of questions when she arrived to get expectations which was very much appreciated. Will have her as our regular house cleaner! read more

Joanna was very professional and did a great job cleaning our condo. The cleaning was detailed and precise. We have two large dogs that shed, and Joanna was able to get all of the pet hair off the floor, baseboards, furniture, and flat surfaces. read more

I requested a deep clean for my studio apartment where I've lived for years and not previously had done. Joanna did an amazing job cleaning my apartment, refrigerator, floors and bathroom. Everything was well taken care of and tidy when I returned especially considering the extent of work needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking to get things in order while doing so for a reasonable price! The apartment looks great! read more

First off, you have no idea how hard it is to find a great cleaning person. Well luckily I don't have to look anymore, Joanna did a spectacular job and asked me to come and critique if there was anything she missed. My wife was very happy as well. It's the little meticulous details that count and she did not disappoint. Highly recommended!!! Very friendly and nice. read more

Joanna is very thorough and very friendly. She is proactive and professional. Highly recommend her cleaning services!

We reached out to Joanna a couple months ago and have had her come out twice already. She has been incredibly responsive for scheduling and does a terrific job getting the house clean herself where it would take multiple people previously. Definitely recommend if you are looking for frequency (semi-monthly / monthly) cleaning at a fair price. She brings all of her own supplies and provides terrific value! read more

Joanna and her partner did an incredible job cleaning our 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath condo. She was communicative and thorough. We are looking forward to working with her again soon! read more

We hired Joanna and had a perfect experience! She came alone but did a more thorough job than whole teams before. Her focus is truly on getting your place clean, so this isn't about doing laundry but really making sure the floors and surfaces are clean. I feel really good about the value and just reached out for a monthly cleaning. read more

She service will not have "Joanna" coming out to clean your home. Often it's another person to whom she's farmed out the project. Problem with this is that the individual that the cleaning project was farmed out to, will not have the requisite cleaning experience in what types of solutions/chemicals to use to remove stains off of different surfaces. Furthermore, you're expecting someone who has a vested interest in making sure the work is done well because they have ownership stake in the company. WELP, I can tell you if you're farming out the work, well then you're not getting the individual who truly cares. read more

I recently hired Joanna for a deep clean based on the reviews and I am so glad I did! She was very responsive when we were scheduling the service. Joanna arrived on time, brought her own supplies and vacuum. Most importantly the house was sparkling clean when she finished! I would highly recommend her services if you are looking for a great deep clean or regular service. read more

Joanna has been cleaning my 2bed condo for years. She does a meticulous job and is very reliable

Joanna is great at her job. Prompt response, clear communication, and she went above and beyond for cleaning my condo which was way over due for a thorough cleaning. She deep cleaned from bath tub to stove top, making them look as new as when I moved in a year ago. She also organized my stuff so they are in better order and places they should be now. I will use her service again for sure. read more

Hired to clean my townhouse, did a great job even operating solo. Good value, done fairly quickly, and very responsive.

Working with Joanna is a pleasure. She is kind, respectful, and communicative. What makes Joanna really stand out in a sea of cleaners is her ability to know what you want clean before you even ask for it. If you do have a request, you'll only have to ask once as Joanna remembers and keeps up with your cleaning needs effortlessly. Thank you, Joanna! read more

Joanna was recommended by a friend and she's amazing. Really efficient (at least 2x faster than our previous person!), detailed, and reliable. She brings her own supplies and leaves our house super clean. Highly recommend! read more

I have been using Joanna for the past 5 years. She has cleaned my personal residence and is always on time, friendly and consistent. cleans the proper way and never misses a beat (or a dusty corner). A few times we had special requests and she always took care of them and you never had to tell her twice about things. she has helped host parties - serving, cleaning and such. She also does move in - move out cleaning for apartments and condos. highly recommend her services. read more

Joanna was very responsive and punctual at the appointment. Her husband and she came to clean my house. He says he's also a painter and was willing to climb the ladder to clean high walls. But the overall outcome was not so outstanding for 5 stars. Just normal I would say. read more

Truly incredible service!! We will be using only Joanna from here on out. Responsive, nice, and an amazing clean! Thank you so much Joanna!

I've been using Joanna's cleaning services for the past few years and I couldn't be more satisfied with job she does! She's taking care of my 4 bedroom condo and 3000 sf office on the weekly schedule. I love the way she organizes everything in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Floors are always extremely clean, not a single spot left untouched. Office looks amazingly clean and organized after she does her magic! I could never complain about anything! Her rates are very competitive and affordable for the great job she does. Super flexible on schedule. Highly reliable, never missed a scheduled visit. Joanna provides exceptional cleaning services for my condo. She is so good that I have referred her to at least 7 of my friends!!

Joanna cleaning service was wonderful ! Highly recommend! We contacted them last minute and they were available to accommodate the next day early morning. This was lucky for us and also so awesome that they responded so quickly!! My boyfriend was home for the cleaning, as I had to leave early for work that day, and he said the staff was very friendly and professional. He went over our home and cleaning requests and they completely exceeded our expectations! Even asked what areas we wanted to focus on which was so nice! Super through and very efficient! I will definitely hire them again as this is the beat cleaning service we've used in years! Seem very reliable and very kind. read more

When we first moved into our Chicago apartment, we did so sight unseen. When we arrived, we were surprised to learn that our 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom had no tub, but invisible all-glass walk in showers, that I simply have not been able to get clean. Simply put I gave up, opened Yelp, and started getting quotes. Back East we used cleaning services, but truly didn't like not having the same team in our home - as it was always quite inconsistent, so we never found quite the right fit. Joanna is definitely consistent. Every. Single. Time. When my older cat was ill, she was also super attentive to his needs, and used only green cleaning products as to not create fumes for him. As well, she was delicate around his spaces - so he didn't feel out of sorts. She truly has a great attention to detail, and has taken the frustration of those darn showers off of my shoulders. I have no idea how she does it, but when she leaves, they're invisible showers again. At this point, we are using her monthly, and plan to while we're in Chicago. Joanna doesn't just adjust to your needs, she is reliable, trustworthy, and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. read more

Sent a few messages to coordinate cleaning. Set the schedule. Cleaner canceled and never reached back out. Look elsewhere.

Joanna did a great job in my apartment. She is very easy to communicate with and flexible with scheduling. I returned to find my apartment very clean and for a fair price. Definitely will be asking her to return! read more

Joanna did a great job on my condo this past weekend! She was extremely flexible with scheduling and even showed up early. She was super professional, brought her own cleaning products, and stuck to the quote provided. My condo is two bedrooms and one bath and was in pretty rough shape. Joanna efficiently scoured the whole place for a very reasonable price. She was also able to come on the weekend, which was amazing. Highly recommend! read more

Joanna did a move out cleaning for me. She did such an excellent job! Very thorough, communicative, and on time. I would hire her again in a heartbeat! read more

Joanna is great! She showed up on time, in a mask, with all of her needed supplies. She got right to work - and did a very thorough cleaning of our apartment. Everything looked and smelled great! She has a very pleasant attitude - and made sure everything was to our liking before she left. When looking for a cleaner, I did not want a company that would send different people each time. I'm very happy to have discovered Joanna! Looking forward to having her come to us every other week! read more

Highly recommended. We tried another company out for a few months and they were fine but lacked the little details like base boards, etc. So I made the switch and are very happy her attention to detail for the little nooks and crannies in our condo was great. We'll continue to use her services. read more

Joanna has been cleaning our house for several years. She is dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. She cleans my house the way it should be done, independently. I rarely have to ask for a specific task, but when I have one she is open and receptive. Last weekend she helped me throw a baby shower. She kept the house nice while the party roared on. Super helpful. She's awesome and we're lucky to have met her!! read more

Joanna showed up on time, did a fabulous job for our post reno deep clean. She was easy to set up an appointment with (I prefer text as it's easy to refer back to). I confirmed the day before and it went off without any hassle - which, for a cleaning I scheduled from the West Cost for my condo I'm selling in Chicago, she was super easy and efficient to work with! Thanks, Joanna! read more

Joanna did a move out cleaning for me at my 2 bedroom apartment. She was very responsive and flexible with the timing of the appointment. She spent 3 hours cleaning and her rate was very reasonable compared to other companies I looked at. She cleaned all the windows which was great. My only issue was that the stove tops weren't wiped down and the inside of the oven was only partially cleaned. Other than that, Joanna did a nice job. read more

As my sister would say, she must have a good roster already bc she apparently doesn't need any more clients. Her site specifically states that she provides weekly cleanings but when you reach out to her she repeatedly says "I'm booked for next two months, sorry can't help with your request." So this time I informed her I was WELL aware of her availability and asked to schedule weekly cleanings for the next several months starting with her first availability. Here was her response........ Thats correct. nada. As others might claim she cleans well but unless you know someone who already uses her or whatever, good luck. read more

We said goodbye to our prior home cleaners because we found ourselves constantly disappointed that streaks were left, mirrors were not cleaned, corners & shelves were not dusted, etc. In sum, attention to detail was lacking. Enter Joanna. She does not miss details! Count on a thorough cleaning of every area of the home, esp. bathrooms. This is the #1 attribute, but she also is responsive, friendly, & easy to work with. Happy we found her. read more
