EcoCleanPro came out on relatively short notice and they were quick and efficient and did a good job, clearing out all the corners we hoped they would. The only thing I would complain about is that they used some sort of scented baking soda on the carpets, which we didn't ask for and lingered for a week. We just wanted help cleaning the bathrooms. That said, once they clarified that we just wanted to do the 2.5 bathrooms, they gave us a discount on the already reasonable service, which was very welcome. I am already considering hiring them again for some other clean up jobs I'm thinking of. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about this business, they're absolutely fabulous! First time ever interacting with them, even looking into them, was last week. They were immediately responsive, and perfectly upfront and clear in all details in their communications with me. Everything relayed was accurate and as indicated. Sophia was able to arrange a comprehensive deep clean appointment for me, covering 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and gallery, hallway, areas within 48 hours! The team of two that came were punctual, cheerful, extremely hard working, and just had the best attitude you could imagine possible! I inquired about service Thursday night. They were the 1st company and only company to respond that late. Not only did they respond but they had great rates. I asked about availability and the upgraded services I needed and they accommodated as well as said I can ha e someone there tomorrow morning. Needless to say I booked them. Pamela showed up the next morning. She was sweet and understanding and came ready to work. I don't speak Spanish but she quickly pulled up Google translate so we could we could communicate without any problems. She did everything I asked and even when i was a little nitpicky she had zero problem accomodating. I'm now partial to Pamela and will request her the next time I hire Ecocleanpro to clean my place as well as my rental unit. Pamela was there from 9-5 and hours after she left was the 1st time I heard from any other cleaning services.
