****Update in Response to the owner****LOL at the response from the owner. The first cleaner I had here chain smoked, made my house smell like cigarettes and did a bad job. I asked them to send someone else. I loved the second cleaner and had her for the longest time and she randomly stopped coming. They never even told me if they fired her or she left. I asked them to please not send anyone else besides her because she was the only one who did a good job. After a few times of her not showing up (they pretended she was just sick and kept sending other people) they had to fess up that she no longer worked there. Every person besides this one girl did horrible work. The company has so much turnover that I believe they also have bad working conditions. I think the owners pocket most of the money and pay their employees poorly which is why they cannot retain staff. I clearly wrote in the messages (screenshot attached below) that I cancelled service. They will do anything not to wrong their rights or help their customers. The cleaner literally admitted to me her vacuum was broken and the owner then claimed that was a lie and it worked fine. I then vacuumed myself with my own vacuum because I didn't want to leave my house so filthy after paying to have a poor job done. What pictures can I send if I already did YOUR job? The gutter cleaning occurred hours before it was scheduled to happen as I did mention "afternoon or asap." Cleaned cleaned the gutters with a leaf blower. We've been getting a monthly cleaning from GetClean for several years. We've even moved once since and they did our move out/move in cleans as well. What I like is that they've always been very reliable and flexible with us (we have a lot of schedule changes). I like my dashboard on their website - I use it frequently to move my appointments around. I will never recommend this company for commercial cleaning ever. My storefront is approximately 900sf with one very small windows and of course a door. I've let them service me for about 2 months. I didn't expect them to know all my specifications initially and I let some things slide because it was cold outside. You can't do the window when its a certain temperature but at some point it will need to be done. Most cleaning services know that foot traffic causes fingerprints on the doors and windows so someone has to clean it and that's included in the price. Well yesterday I pointed out that the window needs cleaning because it's 50 degrees outside so it's cloudy. Well she told me $70 extra plus they left my place twice without completing the cleaning like the bathroom, chairs, etc. My window is not even 70 inches are you kidding me. I got my second cleaning, and sadly they sent someone else. They did fine at a glance, but they didn't clean my tub. I could feel soap scum on it. It was not like they missed a spot; it was not cleaned. I had been looking forward to a nice soak in a clean tub, but had to clean it myself first. I let the company know and they asked for pictures. Of soap scum? That you can't see? I sent a pic of the tub and the faucet, which plainly had not been cleaned. I never heard back. I canceled the ongoing. NO, JUST NO I would tell anyone who is looking into using this service run and never look back. I paid close to $450 for a first time "deep clean" using this service. If my husband was not home to vouch for someone actually being there too clean I would have never known. I came home from work expecting to open the door to that clean home smell, and I came home to my home looking virtually the exact same way that I left it. Surfaces were still dusty and hairy from our dog, there were still stains and scum on the counters that hadn't been wiped down. I felt completely scammed and utterly disappointed. What made it worse was when I called and asked to speak to someone about how I was unsatisfied with their lack of services for the expense that I paid, the woman I spoke with gave me a major attitude and was very unwilling to help me. She would not allow me to be connected to anyone hire up and until I threaten to write scathing reviews about how they operate their business, only then did she offer me someone to come and reclean "the spaces they missed" which was basically my entire home. They are dishonest - I was charged an additional $60 fee for no reason after the fact, which I will now need to dispute via my credit card. Rough lesson to pay $185 to have damaged walls and have my complaints ignored by John. He seemed to not understand what I was trying to explain to him when I called to report the issues. Major red flag when you can't leave an email response to the company. John said the wall damage was too high (a foot off the ground) to be caused by them. I told him probably not the best look to accuse a customer who had paid for a recurring monthly service and tipped their cleaner 20% cash of making something up. If I didn't think this was going to be good I wouldn't have setup long term service. He said "ok have a good day." I'm hoping others avoid these types of interactions which was the main purpose of this review. I provided him half a dozen photos of different areas and was told sorry wasn't us. Steer clear cause they aint worth the hassle and if John answers the phone just ask to be talk with someone else. Expensive and damaging lesson learned. I have an empty condo that was cleaned when the tenant moved out. I wanted a second cleaning (to make sure it's extra clean for showing) only for the bathroom and kitchen which isn't much bc we don't have a big bathroom or kitchen. GetClean was affordable, responsive, and adjusted to a very tight schedule between the move and the new buyer walk-thru happening on the same day. The GetClean cleaner had her own supplies and did an absolutely incredible job all around.
