I specified I wanted a deep clean of the kitchen especially, with special attention given to the common areas. When I came home, the cabinets and baseboards of the kitchen were still obviously dirty and appeared to be untouched. I was under the impression they had finished deep cleaning all the rooms and needless to say, I was upset. There was a layer of dust on the baseboards I could pick up with my finger. The morning after, I discovered someone tried to clean my tea kettle but failed to rinse out the soap left in the tea kettle. Needless to say, I ended up having soapy tea because of this. I alerted the owner, Sonia regarding my concerns, to which she said that because I have an old kitchen, it will never look new again. I explained twice to her that my kitchen is not old, I rehabbed it four years ago but she didn't seem to listen to me. I alerted her of my concerns and she did not valid them, just offered to bring in someone to clean for two hours the following day for free. Ok, maybe a bit of a repair. Nope, three people came, one of which was the owner Sonia. She said they would be there for about 45 minutes and clean simultaneously. They were there for maybe 30 minutes and spent most of the time whispering to each other, probably about me. Don't use this service. Their communication is poor and in trying to repair a customer service breakdown, they end up whispering to each other instead of cleaning. If they were more upfront about what was needed to clean my home, I would have been understanding. Instead she made me feel like shit, implying I never clean and it's my fault that they couldn't clean sufficiently. I work four jobs and have an infant daughter, I don't always have the time to deep clean my hone. I was hoping they could help but instead they made me feel like shit and did a subpar job.

They spent 3 hours cleaning my 2bd/2ba and did a wonderful detailed cleaning. I'm not sure what happened initially with scheduling, but now that I have their number and am able to text them directly, I will keep them in mind for future cleaning needs as they did a great job!

A friend of my referred me to this place, so I knew I could give it a shot without being disappointed. I also booked the same maid that my friend uses so with her being a regular, it could've helped with increasing the intention of promoting their top service! My apartment was pristine and all the requests that I made were perfectly completed. It looked like super new and was pleasing to the eye. The staff were very professional and brought their own cleaning supplies. They used some quality vacuum and soap dispenser in a mop (I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge for these terms). The machines were not rowdy despite my initial worry that it would disrupt my neighbors. They also moved all my furnitures and made sure to get every spot. I believe the service they provide is excellent and they would be able to satisfy the needs of anyone. I had a pleasant experience with the staff as they were super friendly and outgoing. The owner communicated "done" and I assumed she would give me a morning cleaning time. Less than 24 hours before, she gave me a time in the afternoon, not the morning. I would have appreciated a note stating sorry that we weren't able to accommodate your request, does this time work? I realized that it would be too much to switch around schedules as I had already planned my day for a morning cleaning. The owner stated that morning cleanings were ONLY for reoccurring customers and that she couldn't get me in for another two weeks in the morning. I understand the reasoning, but it made me feel not important as a customer. She should have told me this information when I booked, not when I complained after getting the appointment time. No other time options were given and it forced me to cancel. It was a take it or leave it situation. It really is too bad that I had this experience because I think the ladies do great work! The experience has been fabulous! Our cleaner is the same each time, which is VERY helpful with a house full of dogs. She is thorough, very hard working, friendly and reliable.
