What I like is that they've always been very reliable and flexible with us (we have a lot of schedule changes). I like my dashboard on their website - I use it frequently to move my appointments around. This means no bleach should be used as that's TOXIC to cats. Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

Alejandra and Miguel were polite, friendly, and did good work. They texted to let me know they would be slightly late. They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.

I simply cannot say enough good things about all of my experiences! The cleaners do a fantastic job, with great detail and they work quickly and efficiently. The owner is always really nice and tries really hard to accommodate my schedule and my needs. When I was concerned about getting everything done on a budget, she helped me decide what I wanted to prioritize, so I could get the most important things done, and she made sure that I was happy with how everything was done and that I felt like the new house was clean enough to move into and feel good about. It makes all the difference. When MMMM comes to my house, I know that every dollar is well spent and the job will get done the right way. The men who came to my house were really nice and they made sure that I liked everything that was done. I will call this service again and again and I really recommend it for any type of cleaning job, but especially deep cleaning that requires a lot of detail and care. I could not be happier, and I am very appreciative of the service I received all around! :)

At first I was leery since I never used a cleaning company, but with a 3 floor home, I needed help. He gave me a flyer and I was very surprised that they had coupons and quoted me a really good quote. Although the young lady said they do clean offices and other types of buildings, my home would also be cleaned because no job was too small or big. The lady who came (Maria), not sure if she was the owner, was extremely professional with her accent and just a pleasure to meet. She did a walk through and even said that her crew would definitely do a good job. Which was an understatement. I mean they cleaned and made my home look as if I just moved in again. And I have to say, I was really happy I called because one of the crew gave me a small zip-lock bag with 2 rings and a bracelet that I must have put some-were and couldn't find. Now for this, they get 5 stars because of their honesty. I am pleased. The prices were very competitive and maybe a bit less that a few places I thought of using, so I will be calling K & B again next time I have a "get out of hand" party. Highly recommend this crew, and also, I tipped the young lady due to being so honest.
