On the day of cleaning after I accepted the quote a complete cleaning of my home was done, deep clean. It looked great, and since I was selling my place I needed it. I believe it helped me get under contract so quickly having a home that was very well cleaned. I did have some blinds that were damaged due to cleaning. However, I believe that was due to age of the blinds and nothing to do with negligence. Accidents happen - and Dustbunny did offer to pay for a new blind for me - which I declined since they did such a great job and the blinds were old anyways. Thank you for the hard work and I would recommend this cleaning service.

Alejandra and Miguel were polite, friendly, and did good work. They texted to let me know they would be slightly late. They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.

I thought the quote and price were a little bit high compared to those of other cleaning companies, but it made sense because I added extra mold and grout cleaning for one bathroom and expected it would be worth the money. The result was amazing. The team did their best to meet my expectations, and the whole house looks so nice and clean. I wanted to ask for more details about the re-cleaning service within 24 hours, and the team came back and did the extra cleaning. The whole service was so smooth and perfect. I would recommend Too Clean to my friends who would like to get a cleaning service, and I would work with Too Clean again if I need a cleaning service.

This was the first I had heard of any issue, and when I asked for specific examples so I could understand what had happened, none were provided. I respect any company's right to discontinue service. What I found unacceptable was the way it was handled: vague accusations, no prior communication, and no opportunity to address the concern. I previously had a positive impression of this company, but the way management handled this situation left me feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend them or trust them in my home again.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about having a stranger in my house, as this is the first time I hire this service. However, when I came home after a long day... I was pleased to see and smell a fantastic clean little house. One minor thing I didn't like was the poor job the maid did with washing the dishes. However, it was no big deal. I think she probably confused the dish soap for the hand soap, hence the result. Overall, I plan on hiriring this service again. The floors and bathroom were absolutely sparkly clean!

I specified I wanted a deep clean of the kitchen especially, with special attention given to the common areas. When I came home, the cabinets and baseboards of the kitchen were still obviously dirty and appeared to be untouched. I was under the impression they had finished deep cleaning all the rooms and needless to say, I was upset. There was a layer of dust on the baseboards I could pick up with my finger. The morning after, I discovered someone tried to clean my tea kettle but failed to rinse out the soap left in the tea kettle. Needless to say, I ended up having soapy tea because of this. I alerted the owner, Sonia regarding my concerns, to which she said that because I have an old kitchen, it will never look new again. I explained twice to her that my kitchen is not old, I rehabbed it four years ago but she didn't seem to listen to me. I alerted her of my concerns and she did not valid them, just offered to bring in someone to clean for two hours the following day for free. Ok, maybe a bit of a repair. Nope, three people came, one of which was the owner Sonia. She said they would be there for about 45 minutes and clean simultaneously. They were there for maybe 30 minutes and spent most of the time whispering to each other, probably about me. Don't use this service. Their communication is poor and in trying to repair a customer service breakdown, they end up whispering to each other instead of cleaning. If they were more upfront about what was needed to clean my home, I would have been understanding. Instead she made me feel like shit, implying I never clean and it's my fault that they couldn't clean sufficiently. I work four jobs and have an infant daughter, I don't always have the time to deep clean my hone. I was hoping they could help but instead they made me feel like shit and did a subpar job.
