Most were ridiculously too high for our small home; whereas when I mentioned this to Andre, he asked me to call so we could discuss what I wanted. I did that, and he offered a much more reasonable price for my specific needs. The day of, Lori arrived 30 minutes early, which was not a problem since I work from home. She spoke to me in Spanish, listened to what I wanted and got right to work. She had the standard cleaning supplies but didn't have a vacuum, and we have two bedrooms with carpet that needed vacuuming. This was going to be a problem so I let her use ours (an expensive one that only my husband uses) and she did a great job on the carpets. She worked nonstop from the main floor down to the basement where a 2nd full bath, another bedroom and our family room are. She threw away the flowers on my dining room table without asking, and when I asked her why she said the leaves were dying and they were starting to smell. I hadn't noticed that so I was a bit surprised that she would just do this on her own, but I wasn't angry. Our house is otherwise nice and clean for Thanksgiving. She understood exactly what I wanted done and completed it all in the time allotted (3-1/2 hours). She even asked about a quick clean of my office, which was not expected, and she cleaned off the stairs on her way up from the basement. She had emptied every garbage can she found and also offered to take out the two bags of garbage she had accumulated. I instructed her to leave them on our back porch for my husband. I was happy with her service and happy that I went with this minority owned business. Would use them again.

What am I comparing this to? Well, over the course of many years I have hired many cleaning services that only became one-time jobs because their workmanship was only okay to bad. Our terms specify that…read morewe upgraded to "zero tolerance", meaning we paid $1725 up front for them to come as often as required, regardless of snowfall or accumulation. If we receive even a 1/4 inch, they are supposed to come and clear it. I'll add that we also upgraded to pet-friendly snow/ice melt, but that seems moot at this point because they have not shown up for a single snow/ice event this entire season. Have placed several calls to the owner (Jacqueline), and she continues to apologize and offer assurances, but they have not been to our property. Today we have had several inches of accumulation and they are nowhere to be found. Left a vm and no response. Strongly recommend against using them for snow/ice removal. Total SCAM.

I am changing my rating based on a communication error when scheduling a cleaning. Please keep in…read moremind preferred times are only for frequent, reoccurring customers. I have used this service before, and I was really impressed by the price point and the cleaning. I previously used them for a routine cleaning and a move out cleaning of my rental property, and they did great. I asked for a cleaning in the morning since I am home with a newborn and toddler and said I could be flexible if not. The owner communicated "done" and I assumed she would give me a morning cleaning time. Less than 24 hours before, she gave me a time in the afternoon, not the morning. I would have appreciated a note stating sorry that we weren't able to accommodate your request, does this time work? I realized that it would be too much to switch around schedules as I had already planned my day for a morning cleaning. The owner stated that morning cleanings were ONLY for reoccurring customers and that she couldn't get me in for another two weeks in the morning. I understand the reasoning, but it made me feel not important as a customer. She should have told me this information when I booked, not when I complained after getting the appointment time. No other time options were given and it forced me to cancel. It was a take it or leave it situation. It really is too bad that I had this experience because I think the ladies do great work! I just don't need super frequent cleanings and really need a service that will give me a more specific time upon booking. I hope that this was just a one time occurrence with their customer service.

Putting my review here because the owner deleted mine on Google reviews and I think everyone should…read morebe warned about this company. Note: they hire contractors and they don't employ ACTUAL professional cleaners. Extremely disappointed. I was really excited for this because I am redoing my apartment and wanted a deep clean before I move things around, etc. I paid for extras including a deep clean, washing of dishes, baseboards and spot clean the walls. I live in a small studio apartment where there are barely any baseboards. The dishes were still dirty and stacked in a way where they retained moisture and there was caked on food on half of the dishes. Baseboards were not touched and the walls were not touched. They tried to argue with me saying that the cleaner didn't attempt to do the walls and the baseboards because they needed to be "repainted" but then why was I still charged for it? I sent them before and after pictures of me doing it including a one minute video of me cleaning the worst section with ONE Clorox wipe. The cleaner then left all of my cabinets GREASY in an unknown concoction and left the top of my dresser the same way. They argued that I didn't pay to have the INSIDE of my cabinets cleaned. That has nothing to do with what I just explained about the outside of the cabinets that I did pay for. Then they didn't move any picture frames, etc around and just wiped around it which is not a deep clean again something I paid for. I was out of town and they left my window OPEN (they knew I have a cat!) and unplugged my auto cat feeder so my cat was crying when I got home. They said the window was left open because the cleaner had PET ALLERGIES. Why is someone with pet allergies cleaning my apartment especially when I AGAIN PAID EXTRA BECAUSE I HAVE PETS. I checked under my ONE rug in the apartment to see if they actually mopped and vacuumed. Nope they didn't even vacuum the rug itself and didn't clean underneath it. I'm leaving this review because after sending pictures and videos and just asking for the extras to be taken off, they tried to argue with me and only give me 10% off of a $289 bill. And before I even got home to inspect (they cleaned the day before I got back home), they called, texted and emailed me about leaving a tip which felt really overbearing when they knew I was out of town. I'm just extremely disappointed and just want some understanding since I had to redo the majority of the cleaning and clean the extras that I prepaid for that did not get done.

However, at 1:55, they still had not arrived, so I called them, and they told me the maids would be there in 20-25 minutes. How much longer did I actually wait? 80 minutes. They showed up at 3:15 (1 hour and 45 minutes late). We made our booking pretty last minute, but it would've been nice if they let us know they would be that late. I had planned to stay in the apartment while they were cleaning, but I decided to go back to work since I had lost a lot of time already, then come back when they were almost done. When I came back for the last 30 minutes of the cleanup, they were cleaning diligently, so I stood in a corner while they finished up. One of the maids kept turning to me every couple minutes to tell me the place is really dirty. I mean, I'm aware of that and that's why I called you; no need to stop doing your job to tell me that. I stopped responding to her the third time she did that. She didn't get the message and continued to do so. When the scheduled 2-hour cleanup was over, I asked how much I owed. And they had no idea. They had to make a ~10 minute call with their supervisor figure out the price. In summary, they did an ok job cleaning, but wasted a lot of my time.

Worst house cleaning job I've ever experienced. The one good thing was pleasant and competent…read morecustomer service. And the cleaning crew of 3 were pleasant enough. The main issue was sloppy and seemingly indifferent work; and a crew lead who didn't have a handle on the job despite written instructions, and who clearly did not check the team's work. Where they did do work, such as vacuum, you could see they just ran the machine over the main section and didn't bother to get under open furniture like a desk, and leaving scraps of debris behind. In other areas they said they cleaned, it was equally sloppy -- the wood-floor stairs had visible debris and dust and the kitchen floor had soot and debris swept aside, sitting in plain view by the floor boards. Other things they didn't even attempt to clean -- the kitchen counters as dirty as I left them, and most furniture on the 1st floor as dusty as before. When I brought these up to the crew lead as they prepared to depart, he was surprised I wanted the surfaces cleaned! The list can go on, but the picture is clear: avoid this company.
