I requested quotes to clean a microfiber and leather sofa sectional. This company provided the most competitive offer and speaking to the owner I felt they could do what we needed. They were able to come out sane day, which was pretty impressive. We got a package that included pre-treat for stains and spills. I'm not certain the pre-treat made a difference as there were a couple spots the technician didn't get out. Funny enough I got them out after he left, so either he didn't give enough effort or my cleaning skills are better. Lol. I really don't know the deal with that, but thought it was worth mentioning. Overall we were satisfied with the job done. We had to leave fan on sectional all night to dry and it was still damp in places in the morning. The lady who answered the phone was nice and was able to set up an appointment for the next day in the evening The cleaners came prepared I didn't have to get any supplies for them and they also had their oak vacuum which it's a plus since mine just broke down and we have 2 cats , hair every where . We used just in time for move in cleaning and did not see much of a difference except for in areas left very dirty such as the fridge, oven, etc. We were given a quote for $350-400 as a flat rate but were eventually charged $475 which is a significant difference from the quote. It was especially frustrating given that other providers came in somewhere in the $400-450 range for an estimate and we chose just in time as it was cheaper. Additionally, the payment process was difficult. The company only takes Zelle which I had not previously used with my bank. It was a long process to set up, and then Zelle flagged the transaction as fraud which shut down my account. I had to then confirm with my bank that it was not fraudulent, but was still unable to send the money. Only then was venmo provided as an option for payment. That being said, I would still give 3 stars. They did clean some very dirty areas well and were very professional when dealing with both me and my boyfriend. read more

Great work by the Just In Time cleaning service, had carpet spot and steam cleaned in a den and guest bedroom and they came right on time! The resource was also very concerned that we had other construction happening in the house, and wanted to make sure nobody would walk through the recently cleaned area. The work done was pretty good, will likely use them again for a steam clean in a year's time. He was very communicative via phone and text throughout the service, especially since I wasn't physically at the house due to COVID and all the remodeling contractors in the house. Something is off about this company. Our board was originally looking at them as a potential company for deck cleaning. (They were a search result on Yelp.) They immediately gave us a price. I pointed out that none of the reviews were for power washing, and we were sent a bunch of photos to prove they could do it. Then I asked about contracts/warranties, along with the City of Chicago's specification for a business license for power washing, and then suddenly the message is this: "There was a misunderstanding on our original quote . That's why was taking me a little longer . The quote I was giving to give you was incorrect. The material needed for this job it's a lot more than what we taught . [Insert price here] it's not even half of the actual cost. It was a mistake on my part Unfortunately we are not able to do this job." I find it a bit strange that the minute I asked about guarantees and licensing, now the price is a "misunderstanding," "not even half of the actual cost" and now they are "not able to do this job." Not "Hey, this is our new rate," just "we are not able to do this job." They have no official site and you're basically depending on them answering a random phone number. They had anywhere from May 29 (when the quote was given) until now (June 11) to correct it. They were ready to take the job UNTIL I asked about credentials. At no point and time did they ever mention the price was wrong UNTIL I mentioned a license. I have talked with at least 20 power washing companies between this year and last year. If this company has been working on decks for the past 10 years, I shouldn't be hearing "I don't know" for every question asked via phone. And by now, they should have an official site. Even as an independent, small business, if you operate in the City of Chicago, you should legally have these documents. (This company's response was, "we might not have everything your condominium association and City of Chicago requires." If you don't have that, then you shouldn't be doing work in the City of Chicago.) Their other reviews clearly confirm that they may be great at internal cleaning, but they 100% confirmed my suspicions about whether they were crossing all t's and dotting all i's for power washing. And the photos of deck cleaning didn't show up on Yelp until AFTER I pointed out none of the reviews had power washing in them. Then they appeared. read more

I hired Just in time cleaning crew for a move in cleaning service. The prices were reasonable compare to others. I saw two good reviews and decided to give them a chance. When I booked an appointment, I was told the cabinets and appliances will be cleaned out from inside and outside. Widows will be cleaned from inside, and the bathrooms will be cleaned. The walls will be wiped down. They came out an hour late. I left the house in their hands. They were there for four hours. We moved in next day only to see we were scammed big time. We found a rat trap with a rat inside the kitchen cabinet. The windows weren't even touched. Bathroom floor had dogs hair all over. A big spider was sitting in the shower. There were spider webs everywhere. I called the company right away and spoke with Jennifer. Who claimed their crew did everything and hung up saying she will double-check with the crew and get back to me before the end of business day. It has been three days. Still waiting to hear back. When I call them, nobody answers. Hopefully other folks find this review helpful. As far as the response from Javier: Nice try with twisting the facts. I didn't know that i had to write a review to get a response from you. I have been waiting for your phone call. 1) I told you I don't need the carpet cleaned as I am replacing them with hardwood floor 2) I didn't FORCE you for Friday appointment. Appointment are scheduled based on both parties availability. In fact, YOU called me the morning of the appointment and were trying to reschedule it last minute. 3) No, I didn't ask you to clean the garage without owners approval. You clearly failed to communicate. You started off by saying it will cost $150, i asked if it can be done for $100. You said you will ask the owner/manager and will get back to me in half hour. Half hour later you said the price for power wash is actually $250. A few minutes later after discussing with my spouse I told you to go ahead and power-wash the garage. You said it will take 1-2 hours and you will take care of it after finishing the move-in cleaning. When I called you later, you said you couldn't do the garage, and ask me to call back to reschedule. Instead of the manager/owner investigating the matter and responding back and taking the responsibility and trying to resolve the issue, you decided to attack me and reply back in an unethical manner. read more
