I've been on the hunt for a new housekeeper for awhile, which isn't easy to find post pandemic. My friend recommended Pro House Cleaning and put me in touch with Modesta. Modesta was super fast with communication (texting in this case) and came by my house a few days later to meet me. We then arranged a trial for her and someone else to come clean my mess of a house. Modesta and her lovely helper got right to work. They quickly validated that my current housekeeper had just been going thru the motions and found dust galore. Ick. They worked fast and my house has never looked so clean, but after close to 4 hours they still hadn't gotten thru my entire house since it needed so much work. My husband and I were thrilled with the results. Ultimately we decided to go with a different housekeeper twice a week because we prefer to have one person in the house vs a team. I think the benefits of multiple people is that they are there for less time, but my kids are now gone for most of the day so we don't mind 1 person being there longer. Modesta also couldn't guarantee me that it would always be her who would come in the future, but my friend who uses them says everyone that has cleaned for her has been fabulous. Modesta's hourly rate as $30/person/hour (so $60/hr for the 2 of them). While it seemed pricey at first, it's on par with the rates I found when looking for a new housekeeper. If I ever decide to go the multiple person route I"ll for sure reach out to her again and think she's also a great option for deep cleaning in the future. read more

Modesta and her team exceeded my expectations by completing my full house cleaning in half of a day. I highly recommend her because she listened to what I needed, gave me an accurate quote via phone after I described the job, was able to come out just two days later, and then worked at a fast pace the entire time. This was a difficult job because the house had not been deep cleaned in many years. They were very complete, even tops of bookshelf's where nobody would see, steamed wall panels, etc. It's hard to find people who feel like they treat your place the way they would their own, but that's what I felt with Modesta and her team. I can't recommend Modesta and her crew enough. Exceptional work on a house that needed SERIOUS TLC. Iryna and Liudmila came and deep cleaned our entire home and it feels amazing in here! Bathrooms sparkle and the kitchen doesn't feel greasy! We couldn't find a surface that hadn't been wiped down/cleaned/shined, even behind the TV stand all the cords were cleaned. I am definitely hiring them back. The communication was excellent with Modesta, she even came herself and checked the work halfway through. She worked around our schedule. And great pricing, but to be honest, I'd pay anything to hire them back There wasn't anything I stopped and looked at and thought, eh this could have been better. I recently moved into a studio apartment and was immediately disappointed by the state that the previous tenant left it in. I requested a quote from Pro House Cleaning, and Modesta quickly set me up with a maid for the next day for a move-in cleaning of my studio apartment. Modesta and her team are true professionals. They don't just clean, they deep clean. And with two cats, we decided to sign up for bi-weekly cleaning services through her company. All staff are professional, wear face masks (and require that we do as well) and, everyone has been heartwarming to our two cats. Because we have two cats, fur can get everywhere. These professionals do such a great job of cleaning every crevice in the area, and they are nice and respectful along the way. We like that we can have them deep clean our fridge or oven on a bi-annual basis, and for the average bi-monthly or monthly clean, they'll tackle baseboards, our outer cabinets, change the sheets on our bed, pick up cat toys along the way (and dust the ones that need dusting), clean and dust our lighting fixtures, and make sure our stainless steel appliances are looking the best they can. read more

This was a great company to hire for a last-minute cleaning that I needed as it's hard to get out of the house with my newborn. I was having trouble getting my regular person to schedule because they either want to start at 8 AM or two in the afternoon but I really need it 11 AM on a Saturday. After looking on yelp I took a shot in the dark and hired Pro housecleaning! They showed up on time with a team of two and have their own supplies which is really good to know because my regular cleaners always use my supplies. I immediately recommended them to a client as I'm in real estate and move out cleans require the cleaning company bring their own supplies so this was a great fit. As for the cleaning holy cow they were very thorough. I even notice today almost a week later they had removed the bins from underneath my daughters crib and cleaned beneath it which I don't think anyone's ever done! I keep finding little touches of spots that have been overlooked By other companies. It wasn't the cheapest that I've ever paid but cleaners that use their own product and usually are a little bit more than normal. I will definitely hire her again read more
