I requested a "move in" cleaning for my son's apartment, which was to follow after some construction including walls and floors was done on the place. The crew showed up bright and early, had no issues with the lockbox, did a professional job cleaning the flat, and left the place spotless. Some areas not cleaned or could have been cleaned better. My place has a musty smell like dirty water was used to clean the floors and the rugs were not vacuumed. I'm having company and now I'm trying to get the odor out, embarrassing. The bath tub could have been cleaned better as well as the area around the toliet. I failed to do a walk through but they rushed out very quickly. Don't feel like this was a deep clean at all. Very disappointed. read more

My first time using this company and using a cleaning service. The staff was friendly and addressed my needs promptly. Some areas were cleaned to my expectations like the appliances in the kitchen. However several areas were missed and/or not cleaned to my expectation. I priced other businesses and although this was the most expensive I still choose it with the hopes that it would meet my needs. I paid for a deep cleaning, including a $10 fee for having a dog that doesn't even shed, plus a $35 fee for the "deep" cleaning. A woman came and she took the entire time to clean the kitchen and the bathroom. Then, apparently her boss told her she was running late and needed to leave immediately. She told me that her boss was making her leave even though she wasn't done. Initially, I was to pay $195 for two rooms, while my living room, dining and bedroom were left untouched! The owner (manager?) gave me a partial refund (I paid $115), which I guess was okay, but I asked to book someone to finish the job and he told me to find another service because he wants to avoid future hassles!! Booked on a Wednesday night and they came Friday morning. Got a quick quote through Yelp, booked online through their website, got a call from the owner to chat about details, got a text the day of to let me know the cleaners were on their way, and finally, the cleaners were really friendly and did a great job cleaning our place. Had two bathrooms remodeled and pulled up my carpet and put down flooring. My bathroom contractor was good but he was very messy. Kenesha was amazing. She arrived on time and was very pleasant. She got here and went straight to work and all I had to do was direct her a few times and she cleaned my entire place. Even shared her magic furniture formula for getting everything clean and some of her other tools of the trade. My only issue was that I didn't realize she was supposed to leave at six and she stayed until seven. Had I known that I would've had her focus on the things that I couldn't do as I have a leg disability. Instead I was having her wipe off plastic plants, which I could've done. However, I was very pleased with her work and compensated her nicely and then found out that the company had also charged my credit card additionally for the extra hour. It never mentioned in their website what the parameters for the hours of service for my job were. read more

The booking process was easy and thorough, I was able to reach someone immediately to confirm my services the week of, and their staff was super helpful and polite...which honestly felt very rare and stood out these days. The price seemed fair. The cleaners did a fantastic job. Our apartment looks flawless and they even alerted us about items left behind. The cleaning crew also sent us pictures of the cleaning work since we had already left town which was very reassuring. Set up with the company was excellent but Barbara did a very poor cleaning job. She was ready to leave midday when I checked in but the bathrooms and floors were still quite dirty. As a move-out service, and relatively expensive, it did not accomplish what I had hoped.
