I had fallen behind on cleaning because I was injured in an accident. I needed help to catch up on cleaning, to start fresh from a clean apartment. Alejandra and Miguel were polite, friendly, and did good work. They texted to let me know they would be slightly late. They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason. read more

We got a move-out deep-cleaning service before selling our house. It was dirty after the tenant who lived there left; they were unclean and didn't pay attention to tidiness. I thought the quote and price were a little bit high compared to those of other cleaning companies, but it made sense because I added extra mold and grout cleaning for one bathroom and expected it would be worth the money. The result was amazing. The team did their best to meet my expectations, and the whole house looks so nice and clean. I wanted to ask for more details about the re-cleaning service within 24 hours, and the team came back and did the extra cleaning. The whole service was so smooth and perfect. I would recommend Too Clean to my friends who would like to get a cleaning service, and I would work with Too Clean again if I need a cleaning service. read more

This is the best cleaning service experience I've ever had for a move out. The cleaners arrived on time and they did a very thorough job. I would say they went above and beyond my expectations. Quality of work, attention to detail and respect to property was amazing. I look forward to another booking... read more

2 women came and did an excellent job cleaning. They brought their own supplies too. I will continue to use them.

My house used to be a disaster area until I contacted Too Clean. Their professional cleaning crews arrive on time and get right to work. They are thorough and you'll begin to notice things shining that you never even noticed were dirty. I wonder what my guests thought of my home before Too Clean? I don't have to feel embarrassed to welcome guests at any time now that I have Too Clean on my team! read more

Ok. I have officially booked 2 services from this company. I am so satisfied w their service (both customer and actual service of cleaning) that I plan to set up an every other wk cleaning. Their communication is top notch. Just realized today I'll be home around closer to 09:00 (they allow you to choose a 1h starting window when booking online). I emailed them. Response back confirming quickly! I also got pertinent texts regarding my appt. *Photos are NOT edited or filtered. It's JUST THAT clean! Too clean, you're TOO amazing read more

Too Clean completed a Move In Cleaning service for a one-bedroom apartment. The Move In Cleaning included everything except the mini blinds on 5 windows and bathroom walls which needed cleaning. All communications--planning, scheduling, arrival, payment--were excellent. The cleaners did a GREAT job. My apartment looks fresh AND smells fresh. Too Clean is available on Sundays, which was key for me and their price is in line with other cleaning companies. For even better service, as the cleaning team moves through a site, they could give suggestions on other things they notice that might need to be cleaned, e.g., vestibule windows, staircase spindles, hallway carpet. read more

We were really excited for our clean and this place has great reviews, but it feels like wasted money when we paid $230 for a 1b1b deep clean. Summary: accidentally broke fridge shelf (not a problem, they replaced asap), broken glass on the floor when I come home, floor not swept at all, multiple things not wiped down. It was a huge bummer. They offered to reclean but we declined. read more

Excellent service. Thorough cleaners and the administrators were also friendly and helpful. I would hire again. Response time was fast and I was very happy with the service I received. Great value if you are moving out or moving in! read more

My house looks amazing. The last place I tried, I paid about double for a deep clean and it didn't look like this. Too clean is THOROUGH. You can tell the difference. So happy that I found my new go-to spot. read more

was able to get service with 24hrs. The Team arrived on schedule, we reviewed what was to be performed, and they promptly got to work. They cleaned all the appliance, window sill, wood floor, cabinet, and door moldings. They did an excellent job and I would hire them again! read more

The team did a very good job. Missed a few insignificant spots, but no big deal. Interesting, they didn't speak English very well, but the woman had an app on her phone that did translation! Very nice. read more

I had a listing going on the market after light construction. The place was filthy and pictures. My regular go to was unavailable so I gave Too Clean a try. They did an amazing job and brought the condo back to sparkling clean! They got my a fair price quickly and scheduling was a breeze! I plan do use Too Clean again and have already recommended them to other clients! read more

They did a fine job and arrived on time and didn't take that long to clean. It was well done and a decent price and they did the fridge and oven as well. read more

HORRIBLE service. Strongly recommend not to use this company. Overpriced and did a POOR JOB.

Professional, friendly, and prompt service! I opted to try TooClean after seeing other reviewers note how user friendly their website was. Definitely a plus. I appreciate how you can select specific cleaning needs with prices included on the form. This is my first time using a cleaning service, but the prices seem super reasonable. I received a couple of reminders prior to the day of cleaning. It's easy to communicate with the team over the phone. I never had to leave a voicemail/communicate through text. The actual cleaning team who came to our house were on-time and efficient! They did an amazing job within a few hours. Highly recommend! read more

I reserved an 11 am slot for a cleaning. On the day of the cleaning I got a call at 10 am saying the cleaners were there. I was not home because it was 10 am. Apparently they put me down for a 10 am - 11 am slot, which I confirmed in my email. I wouldn't have thought to check, because I would not have expected them to put a different time down than what I signed up for. The price was expensive for the level of cleaning performed. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning, and they did not clean the bathroom walls or molding (trim), and did not thoroughly clean bathroom floors. I don't really care about the staff and their attitudes or their substandard cleaning, because they were probably not happy about having to wait an hour for me to get home, and am more concerned about the scheduling error read more

I provided a detailed description of my situation -- I had a water leak in the basement and my handyman did some sheetrock. I needed the place cleaned after the work had been done because it is a rental and would be a mess. It is really just 1 room in the house needing cleaning because the rest had been deep cleaned already 3 days ago, and they quoted me $190 which is a lot for one room but I understood it is going to be a mess in that 1 room so I said okay. I accepted and scheduled the cleaning, and then I started getting messages asking for more info about the house (when again, I had provided all of the info already). They then stated, after I had already turned down others and accepted their quote, that they could not service it. Waste of time. read more

Great clean and they were super thorough. Definitely will be booking them again and recommending to friends!

This experience has been one the most unprofessional services I've ever encountered. The two people that came to my house had very little experience cleaning and could not understand spoken or written English. There was a huge language barrier to me getting the services that I expected. I was told there would be three members of the crew. Based on the description of tasks on the website for deep cleaning, there was absolutely enough work for three people to do for several hours. I found one crewmember standing on a barstool. They never asked me if I had a ladder and of course should have had their own as part of their equipment. One of their tasks was to clean the kitchen/bath/laundry cabinet doors. I went to the kitchen to check on them to find them using Windex on my wood cabinets (again, language issue). I got them a bucket of warm soapy water. They didn't even have a bucket with them. They mopped the wood floors and then walked across them. They didn't even have the sense to start in the far corner and work their way towards the way out. When I originally made my appointment, I asked if they had a steam tool for cleaning grout, and was told that you did not. They told me that they would use some type of a scrubbing tool. They scrubbed by hand. That is not deep cleaning. I will now have to do that. There were many, many tasks that were listed on the website as part of a deep clean. When it became clear that the two of them alone would not even be able to do the big stuff without my constant intervention, I had to tell them not to do a number of things. One of the things they were supposed to do was to deep clean the sink. They didn't even bother to clean my sink after they dumped out the bucket of dirty soapy water from the floors. Is my house cleaner today than it was before they arrived? Sure. But I have a very long list of tasks that I'm going to have to do by myself. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing service. I had shoulder surgery and I'm unable to do this cleaning myself as I usually do which is why I hired Too Clean. I never expected that two inexperienced cleaners who couldn't communicate would come to my door. I keep a very clean house. I have regular cleaners come every couple of weeks and because of my shoulder surgery, I hired Too Clean for the deep cleaning that I couldn't do myself. I'm so incredibly disappointed at how this worked out. read more

It had been a while since our condo got a good cleaning so I was happy to find Too Clean. I got a free quote on Yelp and then Jasmine directed me to the website where I was able to easily schedule an appointment. The cleaners came right in the time window that they gave me with all the tools that they needed. They did a great job and our place looks amazing. Jasmine texted me a little after the cleaners left to confirm that everything went well, which I appreciated. I'm already trying to figure out when we can schedule another appointment! read more

Too Clean is absolutely marvelous! Our house needed a deep cleaning and their team scoured the place. The workers were on time, very pleasant, and meticulous in their cleaning. We haven't had a deep cleaning in "a while." Too Clean made our place sparkle!!! What a great value. I highly recommend this company. read more

Scheduling was easy and flexible. The clean was comprehensive and very thorough. I would definitely use them again

Phenomenal service from start to finish. Too Clean did a serious deep, deep cleaning of an 800 sq foot apartment from top to bottom. The apartment was formerly occupied by an elderly person who likely had not cleaned the place in at least 10 years. Every surface was covered by multiple layers of dust, grime, grit, and sticky grease. And it had a weird odor that permeated everything. Too Clean sent a team of two. They were on site about 14 hours over a few days. The refrigerator and stove were gross - now they look new. I contemplated throwing the high end blinds away - but now they look great. The walls are so much brighter after they scrubbed them. The windows were washed inside and out (they are tilt-in). The floors were stained, sticky, and disgusting - I thought they needed to be refinished. Instead, Too Clean scrubbed, mopped and waxed them - now they look like gorgeous antique wood, very warm, they glow. Same with the bathroom tile floors and kitchen linoleum which were godawful gross - I thought would have to be replaced. Nope, they look great too. Didn't think that level of ick could be removed. The workers were friendly, conscientious, and diligent. Jasmine the owner was wonderful to work with. She gave me a quote based on my description and for all the extra itemized things I wanted done. She immediately scheduled a crew to return to address items that were missed. She sent a detailed itemized bill as requested when done. She really wanted us to be happy. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to a friend. Great work, excellent customer service, fair prices. The whole thing cost about $630. This was for a seriously deep cleaning. The only other company willing to do this kind of deep cleaning gave an estimate of $4,400. This company is 4 Star all the way. Some before and after photos of the floors. read more

Requested Moving In cleaning. Very good job. Very nice people. Very accommodating. Will be happy to work with them again. Stayed overtime instead of rushing though to make sure the job was done well. I contacted this business here on yelp - extremely responsive and I love their web site which clearly states what is included with each option. They were able to get to me in a very short time frame. Three people arrived with all supplies - we ended up having to change the service to a smaller area and the crew was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. They did a great job - it was a tough task but we were very happy with the result. I would absolutely recommend "Too Clean" and will be using them for routine cleanings going forward. read more

We had a small disaster in our basement laundry room, that also hadn't been cleaned of lint and dirt in years (decades?). They were super responsive on yelp. They came in with less than 17 hours notice and did an amazing job cleaning it up. Highly recommend. read more

Update: after getting my credit card statement, I discovered that Too Clean had charged me twice for this service! Note: This charge did not appear in the portal that they make you use to schedule an appointment, and I got no email receipt for this additional charge -- just for the original fee. TooClean *did* remove the extra charge after I emailed them, but discovering the extra charge did not improve my view of this company. Beyond that, the email reply from Too Clean (about the refund of the extra charge) mentioned that the cleaning took longer partly because the cleaners had a hard time removing the "glue" from the Post-It notes I had left on various surfaces to show them what needed cleaning (which is laughable, if you have ever used a Post-It note). If you choose to retain this service, I would caution you to: 1) stick around while they clean to make sure they are cleaning what you want cleaned, 2) make sure you have a complete list of what you want cleaned on hand so you can go through the entire space before they leave to make sure they have done everything you specified, and 3) check your credit card statement afterward. Also, the owner stated in her response that they will do a free reclean within 24 hours, but this is not stated anywhere on their website or in their appointment portal, and now it's more than a month after the original pre-move-in cleaning, so it's a moot point for us. But if you also find that the cleaning is not to your satisfaction, you should probably request that reclean immediately. read more

Jasmine from Too Clean helped me get cleaners on Sunday since I needed urgently cleaning of my apartment! The cleaners did a good job!

The house was visibility cleaner. It felt like a brand new space. Took off one star only because of a billing issue.

The two women Druid a great job - when I noticed they missed a few areas a day after their visit - the owner went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and felt good about both my decision to initially hire them and to hire them again in the future...The work performed was great - the customer service was even better. That means a lot. read more

Wonderful cleaning service! I searched Yelp and asked several businesses about services for deep cleaning our condo. Too Clean was first to respond and transparently shared their pricing and followed up a few days later. I had not made my decision but was impressed with their professionalism. Although their business didn't have a lot of reviews given how new they are, I gave them a shot and I'm so glad I did. Jasmine and Johnny exceeded our expectations with our first cleaning and we look forward to working with them regularly. Highly recommend! read more
