I am so pleased with the service from SWEEP Cleaning! My regular cleaner is Sandra. I've never had to give Sandra any type of feedback because her service is always excellent. She always leaves my house spotless. Everything looks very tidy when she leaves. There has rarely (if ever) been any dust left behind. She puts all of my items back where she found them. She goes above and beyond by cleaning out the refrigerator, cleaning the baseboards, etc. When Sandra changes the bedsheets she make sure to put the old sheets into the washing machine and if she has time she will dry them and fold them. Also, if I leave any laundry laying around she will take the liberty to fold my clothes for me. I'm a very picky customer and I've never been disappointed in the service that I've received from Sweep Cleaning with Sandra. I highly recommend! read more

This was my 2nd time using Sweep, and I have loved both times! Brenda gets 5 stars but I went with 4 stars because I wanted 2 workers but only 1 was available. Despite working non stop she was here for 5 hours! We asked for fridge cleaning, mopping the hallway, and dusting /vacuum in the living room. She had a good attitude and was so thorough. For the charge it was a good value. She was willing to go beyond what we requested. This was an indulgence for us but it should be a regular thing, twice a year. I'd like to hire for another service request if they can send 2 people. read more

We were moving into a new condo and were looking for a deep move-in clean. This includes tile and grout cleaning per their cleaning checklist. Unfortunately, the two crew members who came to my unit did the bare minimum. Equipment and supplies: Our place was vacant so I had no cleaning supplies, was told the crew would bring it all. They didn't bring a vacuum. They brought limited cleaning products. What they did well: - Windows and floors What they did poorly: -Closet and kitchen cabinets, completely uncleaned. I did a walk through and asked them to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and closets. They just used a dirty wet rag for all of it and still missed the mark. -did not clean the shower walls (tile / grout) or the tub AT ALL. completely dry. Even dust still on the top of the tile. They were responsive and nice when I texted the manager. Offered a 10% discount which I took, and they offered to send the crew back but I declined (I had to get back to work, and didn't have trust or time to walk professional cleaners on how to clean). I basically paid to get windows and floors cleaned and am now cleaning everything myself again and have to call in another service that actually cleans. $300+ wasted. read more

So disappointed. Not only was the cleaning not thorough, but they left a WET SPOT in my bed, took a week to find out it was just spilled water they didn't tell me about. Had my bedding professionally cleaned, requested they at least refund me that amount. See the screenshots of emails attached - I had to follow up with Brando multiple times, and he has stopped responding. Never got any kind of refund. Not only was the cleaning service so bad it created more work for me, but the customer service was awful too. Go elsewhere! read more

Brenda has cleaned my place ~monthly since last fall and is wonderful. Scheduling has gone through Brando, and he replies promptly. Brenda takes initiative--for example, I hadn't asked her to dust the ceiling fan blades, but she pointed them out and had a way to clean them without making a mess. From one month to another she remembers specific things I've asked for and takes care of them. She communicates well--texts me arrival time or if she has questions while she's cleaning. Generally tidies up here and there so that the apartment just looks nicer in addition to being clean. read more

I booked a cleaner for our condo before we had people over for the holiday weekend. It's so easy to book on their website and they are pretty affordable. The staff arrived on time, she asked exactly what I wanted done and worked very efficiently. I will definitely hire them again and again! Plus if you refer someone in the future you can get 10% off! read more

I'm updating my previous 5-star review to a 4-star review. Initially, this company was wonderful. Then one day they canceled on me due to Covid. Which, I understand. But then never responded to my follow-up inquiries for a year requesting a time when they could reinstate my cleaning services. So I deducted one star for poor communication in the end. read more

I have used SWEEP Cleaning for the past few months and have not been disappointed once. I have had a range of experiences with cleaners over the past few years, ranging from fantastic to terrible to "I'll just ignore the major spots she forgets because it's easier than finding someone new." SWEEP Cleaning comes when I'm at work, and I trust their team wholeheartedly. Both Deisy and Griselda have cleaned my condo, and most recently Griselda did such a thorough job that she found a single earring I figured my cats must have eaten months ago! For the solid job they do and the simplicity of booking directly online, the price can't be beat. This is one time you get what you don't pay for! read more

My apologies but here comes a cliché. I hate to have to write this review I really do. Let me start by saying that the women who came to clean were so nice and sweet, but they just weren't experienced. They told me it was their first week, they didn't have a to-do list and also the way they were scheduled at the last minute I should've known something was up. I will also preface this with saying that Management reached out to me and were so sincere about righting this situation. It also appears that the same ladies who cleaned my place did lack luster at other jobs and since the date of this review, they are no longer with the company. OK, so I've never used a cleaning service before. I know lots of people in this city do, but I prefer to do it myself, so I always keep my place spic and span. Yet doing a move-out, I wanted to make sure that things were top notch and I was so stressed with work and moving that I figured I'd have someone come in and help. I looked up reviews and saw that this place was rather close and had great reviews. When I called, I told him I needed a deep clean move out service, and they instructed me to go on the website and book. They then said to me that when I went on the website to book the appointment, it wouldn't show as available but they promised to have someone there. The day of the service they were a little late but that wasn't a biggie. I showed them the areas of concern, and they said they'd get to it. I was so tired I went back to my room and went to sleep. I was asleep for about an hour and a half. I hate the idea of watching people while they work, so I didn't do that ... should I have done that? They received a call from the company about going to the next job. Fast forward again, I hear them talking to their manager and the manager telling them that they need to leave in the next 15 to 20 minutes to get to another apartment downtown. They asked me to do a walk-through and check everything. At this point I'm so tired and so disappointed I just can't believe what I'm seeing. What in the hell were they doing for that hour and 45 minutes??? Half of the baseboard hadn't been touched, so I had to point them to areas that needed to be cleaned and wiped down. The windows were barely clean on the inside (I didn't expect them to clean the outside of the windows). I told the office I wanted a "deep clean move out" that included stove, refrigerator etc. My stove was not clean, not the top eyes or inside the oven, they literally must have just wiped and didn't bring any cleaners that actually clean the stove. When I went to look in the bathroom drawers, there was still hair and spilled random things in the drawer corners, so there's no way they wiped them out thoroughly. They kept getting called to leave so I knew they couldn't get everything done that they didn't do the past two hours, so I let them go and gave a customary tip. I then walked to Target and spent the next few hours cleaning. They said they mopped the floor's yet the floor wipes still came up dirty. I had to buy a solution to clean the oven. I had to buy a solution to clean the windows. At this point, I'm re-purchasing everything because all of my items are packed to move to my next place. I even purchased a toothbrush to go back and clean all of the light switches and plates. Literally what in the hell did they do for that hour and 45 minutes??? This is precisely why I clean myself. I wound up having to pay over $250 in cleaning services and re-buying items and wasting my time which was the point of getting the service. As mentioned above, weeks after the service was performed I spoke at length with management and they were so apologetic and went above and beyond to address the issue. I would consider trying them again and I do think it was the ladies who came more so than the company integrity/standards being at fault. Going forward, I would write a to-do list and have them check off everything that they said they were going to do. read more

I've used SWEEP a few times now and I've had great service each time. Compared to other cleaning services, they are easy to work with, friendly people and very good at their job. I'm a stickler for dust because I have a bad allergy and each time they come, they've done an impeccable job of removing the dust from all surfaces, mopping the floor too. I choose green cleaning and they never leave harsh chemical smells behind but the whole house is sparkling! I had a problem with a billing issue which they fixed to my satisfaction right away and they are very pleasant to work with for scheduling and billing. I'm going to keep using them and see how it goes long term, but they definitely have a customer here! read more

My previous tenant left me with an extremely dirty apartment, they never cleaned the unit for the year, horrible looking bath room, dust everywhere, microwave with cheese explosion inside, it was horrible. I had another cleaning company GetClean came first, they walked out on me and still charged me 50 dollar cancellation fee. So when I called SWEEP Cleaning, I asked if they would ever walk out on a customer, the answer is No. They sent in two middle age Hispanic ladies, Sonia & Laura, they came in on time, and just get to work. Very nice and professional and hardworking type! They cleaned everything that's reachable, all the shelf, all the windows, baseboards, everywhere is dust free, I don't know how they can do it, my unit is never this clean before. I am very pleased and also my new tenant that's moving in. Highly recommended! read more

I reached out to this cleaning service to set up a weekly reoccurring cleaning schedule. Of the cleaners that I reached out to, they were the only ones that actually read my questions and answers them instead of provide a standardized answer. The rate is upfront and reasonable. I am going to start by saying my apartment had not been cleaned for a year, minus quick sweeping and vacuuming here and there. Yes, embarrassing, but life happens. When it was time for me to move out, I knew I needed someone to professionally clean my apartment thoroughly. After some research, I decided to book with SWEEP cleaning because 1) their website was very easy to navigate, and enable me to book an appointment right there and then, (compared to other cleaning services that "promised" to email me quota within 24 hours after filling out a long form) which I liked. 2) location, and 3) very affordable hourly rate. To be honest, it was last minute, but I was able to book a spot 3 days later. On the day of cleaning, I received a text that cleaner was out sick, which was disappointing, but the owner promised rescheduling to the next day and not charging additional fee that comes with booking on weekend. I decided to go with it. The next day, Brenda promptly showed up at my apt, and texted me to let me know she was there. I liked that I was notified of what was going on, since I could not be there in person. That evening, I followed up with her and she kindly replied all went well. Last night (~5 days later) I dropped by to make sure everything was move out ready, and lo and behold! I was SO impressed and crying happy tears. Brenda did an amazing job and made sure to clean places I emphasized on the appointment form. She cleaned all the sticky residues on my stove top and mysterious marks in my bathroom, as well as inside the fridge, closet and window sill. It was like a brand new place. I am so satisfied that I chose this service. I hope to book with them in near future. Highly recommend. read more

The ladies from sweep that came to clean were Katrena and Ceila. We had them clean our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome before we moved in. We also had numerous renovations before moving in so they were up against quite a bit. I was overall pleased with how everything came out, I felt comfortable thinking about showering or use the toilets in the house that has been empty for a 2 years before we bought it. However, they still overlooked a few areas (closets and dust bunnies) and were unable to get some scuff marks out of the wood floors, which I thought a professional cleaner might be able to do. They were really friendly too so that's why I give them 4 stars. We probably should've booked a more intensive cleaning for a post renovation or pre move in. read more

I booked with SWEEP and had Ludivia as my cleaner. Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish (at all) so I wasn't the best at being able to communicate with her however, she was super sweet and really tried to make sure that she was understanding the apartment and what to do with my keys and trash. I was very impressed with her attention to detail. When I got back home I could tell she really spent time ensuring she cleaned top to bottom. She did an amazing job! Would highly recommend her. read more

I had a great experience with them. I requested services on a Monday and told them I usually travel during the week so needed something right away. They were flexible with me and gave me a time for the next day and I could book online. Their rates were also better than the others I got. I got a reminder one hour before the appointment and Brenda showed up exactly on time (even 2 min early). She did a great job cleaning. Everything was sparkling and she was very polite and pleasant. She took out all the garbage, focused on all the areas that I asked, and did beyond what I even recommended. I highly recommend Brenda and the service. read more

Today Katrina came to clean our large minimalistic 2500 sf apartment. She was 10 minutes early which was fine. I rather an early arrival than a late one. She came with her own cart of favorite cleaning supplies but was more than happy to go with my simple products. We had gone through a tour of the space, showing her the cleaning supply basket, and broom closet. Katrina detailed all that I wanted done including fridge cleaning, stove/oven, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, vacuuming/mopping, dusting, cabinetry wipings, cleaning all door knobs, empty all trash, etc. I am a fussy housekeeper and she did a superb job! I hope to book her every month now. So very happy with what she's done! read more

Affordable and professional cleaning. I wanted to get my condo cleaned once I moved my stuff out. I received a call that Katrena was running late. Luckily, I had time to wait for her arrival, I just left before she did. I went back 2 days later & the condo looked & smelled great. She was pleasant, easy-going and definitely kept busy for the 2 hours I paid for. Easy to book a date/time on-line. I have already scheduled a cleaning for my new place in August. The extra $ for a "green" cleaning is a possibility I am considering. I plan to use SWEEP at least once a month, if not twice. read more

This review is for the cleaning service I received on bi-weekly basis between November 2021 and February 2022. I initially hired Sweep to help keep our place clean since my fiancée and I have a retriever who sheds quite a bit. The cleaning was not thorough. We signed up for the 3-hour basic clean. Our cleaner finished each time within 2 hours. I'm all for efficiency, but our place was never left with great care. Our baseboards were left dusty, the backsplash was rarely wiped down, and the floors had barely been cleaned. When we went through a walk through to check each room at the end of the cleaning, my cleaner was defensive and pointed out "that's how the floor is, and we mopped it twice." I had to wipe down the floor myself after she left since there was paw marks left from my dog. Moreover, we found a sink caddy chipped and a trinket broken in our main bathroom. The final straw for us was our last scheduled cleaning. We had a reoccurring appointment for four months; however, our last cleaning was scheduled two hours later than what was originally planned. When I reached out to Sweep, they simply stated this was an error on their end. If you need a cleaning service, look someplace other than Sweep. read more

Had a very positive experience with SWEEP. Super easy to book which is soooo convenient. I appreciate the seamless online booking and start-up feel. They have a lot of availability especially in the evenings which was a life saver for me. Sandra met me at my apartment promptly at 6:30 on a Friday evening! So great. She was 100% professional and considerate because I actually ran a few minutes behind in meeting her. I needed a full pre move-in cleaning and it took about 2.5 hours and when she finished it was soooo refreshing because the apartment really had an icky feel prior. The entire team on the support end was very helpful and easy to communicate with as well. I absolutely will be using them again for my regular maintenance. read more

I don't generally write reviews but the experience with Sweep is something I did not enjoy. The first time I used them, they didn't bother to show up. After complaining, they sent out someone who did a half ass job. It was a move in cleaning and my husband basically told me I wasted my money because it didn't look like anything had been done. The third time was a move out and that was shockingly a great cleaning. Patricia was through, and I was pleased with her. I thought, ok they have redeemed themselves. Sadly, this was not the case. I just moved into a house and had them come out to do a move in cleaning. The cleaning was over $230 and I expected to be blown away with a spotless house when I got home. Instead, what I got was a splotchy fridge, fingerprints all over my bathroom mirrors that weren't there before, dust still on the floors, sinks that weren't cleaned, and my personal favorite, windows that looked like they were half cleaned. Literally looked like half was cleaned before they moved to another part of the house. I emailed them right away AND sent pictures and asked for a refund. Instead what I got was 2 days of multiple emails basically telling me they will send out the same team with a "trainer". I'm sorry but if they did a crap job the 1st time, WHY would I want them back in my house again? Again, I asked for a refund so I could just use it towards my regular cleaning lady. Nope, that's not what I got. Again, it was emails saying this person will be out today at 1:30, are you good with that? No. This is not how you run a business. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Obviously if I had multiple bad experiences with the same company, I don't want them in my house. Common sense right? Clearly not. Like I said, I don't write reviews, but I am SO insanely frustrated with this company and their "management". Save your money and go to another business because these people don't know how to deal with customers, or run a decent business. I've used other companies before and never have had to deal with this nonsense. In response to the owner: I ended up spending close to $300 on my regular cleaner because you guys couldn't do your jobs the right way. She had to clean all the baseboards, Windows and everything else your "cleaners" missed. I mean this isn't rocket science, it's cleaning. Do it right the first time and we wouldn't have this problem. I don't want your credit since I'll never use you again. Consumers beware, there are places out there that might cost a bit more but worth it since they actually clean. read more

The most affordable cleaning service I found on yelp. Very easy to book, and cleaning was spectacular! Will use again.

and I needed to be rescued after the HomeAdvisor house cleaners canceled on me at the last minute. Quickly, I went to the Internet and started to contact every house cleaning company I could. Luckily, I went to Yelp. I contacted and hired Sweep Cleaning because they promised me that a cleaner could be at my home the next day. The following day, Ester showed up at my home promptly and started to work immediately. I stayed out of her way because she seemed to have a plan. From one room to the next, she worked efficiently. She thoroughly cleaned every niche and cranny - leaving no dust behind. I had to leave before she was finished so I told her what do to lock up. When I returned I was amazed at how well my home looked. It even smelled cleaner. What a special treat! I was so impressed with the way my home looked that I am probably going to use Sweep Cleaning once a month. I have also told friends and neighbors about your company. What a great service at a reasonable price your company offers. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue and leaving my home look so amazing. read more

My company has been using SWEEP Cleaning for about 2 months now, and I can genuinely say that they are the absolute best! We use them for weekly cleanings and the pricing is 10000% reasonable. They have online scheduling which is super convenient, and a scheduler named Brando who is amazing to work with, as he follows up within minutes. We had Celia come and she did such an outstanding job, seriously, AMAZING, therefore we requested her to come for all future appointments. I have to add that I am a nutcase about cleanliness, my standards are admittedly very high and she blew me away. I mean the things that she had thought to clean I wouldn't have even thought of. She is the absolute best! Although I seriously wish I spoke or understand Spanish more, I unfortunately don't & she has an app on her phone that translates Spanish to English when we are unable to communicate - how very thoughtful! Thursday was my first time using SWEEP services, as I was looking forward to a thorough cleaning of my apartment & sadly that was not the case. I booked a 6 hour session, as I was instructed 4-6 hours will be needed to fulfill a deep cleaning for a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment. Upon arriving home, I've noticed several of the areas were untouched or just simply grazed over & I was primarily looking for my floor to ceiling windows to be cleaned as well...not the case. Additionally, I've provided a detailed list of everything to be completed as I recently moved in & have not had the opportunity to do a spring cleaning. Unfortunately, this has been a lackluster experience & I find myself now RE-CLEANING the majority of my home to ensure things are up to par for my guest arrival. ALSO was charged full price, after I was told they would honor a recent promo.
