German and Oleg did a great job on cleaning our upholstery! Called in advance, were punctual and cleaned up as if they were never here. Extremely professional! We had a sofa, two chairs and two throw pillows cleaned. Everything looks new and feels so clean! Not all of the stains were able to come out, but we waited too long to have those professionally cleaned. Updating my review from 2014... This is an update to my original review from 2014. Back then, I had CCG out to clean some furniture upholstery and was really impressed. Now, they come regularly to clean the common area carpets in our building, which get disgusting. Their service is still incredibly professional--they're experts at stain removal and odor elimination. Most recently, someone tracked dog waste through the hallway, and it sat for four months because the building wouldn't authorize cleaning. CCG (and Zach and German) did a great job with my rugs. One was a light colored rug with a wine stain. I had a long list of specifications of what CCG could and could not use and try (e.g., only hot water extraction), in order to maintain my rug's warranty. They stayed within my specifications exactly and were still able to completely remove the stain. I so appreciate their willingness to comply with all of the requirements and I'm so pleased how it turned out; really thought the rug was doomed. I also had two viscose rugs; viscose is a notoriously finicky and hard material to clean (for example, it can stain from water!). Both came back in great shape, undamaged and soft, with all stains removed. I'm really happy with the work and will be using them again in the future. read more

I had my couch and love seat cleaned and my thick area rug cleaned. They came to pick up the area rug as they knew it would be cleaned best in their facility, rather than at my house. They were professional, removed their shoes, and carefully moved all the furniture off the rug to roll it up. I put a rush order in because I needed it in a week and it was delivered in 6 days at which time they cleaned the couch and love seat. Those pieces had several years of wear and stains and they now looks brand new! It took them about an hour as they meticulously went over both pieces, as well as the throw pillow, with the equipment until they were perfect.
