Leon is great. We have him in every 12 to 18 months and our very old wall to wall carpets still look good. We just had him in to clean up a pup potty apocalypse that went undetected for several hours and he did a solid job getting up stains that I thought would have been permanent. I hired them for a much-needed cleaning of my couch, which I bought second-had and have owned for 9 years. Easy to set up an appointment within the time frame I needed, and then I was very pleasantly surprised to find on the day of the cleaning the guys were able to come earlier than we arranged (which worked out well for us but if it hadn't worked they were able to come at our appointment time, too). They were very nice and trustworthy and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and sectional couch (which, I should add, was in rough shape and now looks brand new!) This review is only for the owner communicating with me. I had made contact with Leon after messaging on Yelp to talk about not only area rug cleaning, but also deck stripping and staining. We communicated for several weeks, via phone and text, and Leon was extremely helpful as he detailed his process. We were SO close to setting up the deck job, depending on weather, when I decided we would do the whole project next Spring rather than half the project this Spring. It was a big difference in cost and doing half now and half later just felt like more work for Leon than I wanted to throw at him. I was in touch with Pamela and got a quote back pretty quickly and was able to arrange an appointment as such as well. We have had a sick dog where she was peeing in the house randomly on the carpet and the landing area was filthy from tracking in all the shoes, and they cleaned all of this up and made it look like new. It was so important to me as we were having family over for our wedding along with the hair and photographer so it was important to have the impression at least of a clean home. These guys were unbelievable. Leon could not have been more helpful in setting up the appointment and Oliver and his assistant did just an amazing job. They went to work on a decades-old carpet that had been host to numerous dog-owning tenants prior to myself and my two 100-pounders. There'd been a smell complaint from a neighbor, so I asked them to please concentrate on that, I really didn't care about visible stains as long as their smell was neutralized. Maybe somewhere like an hour later I returned to not just an odor-free carpet, but stain-free as well. I kid you not, it looks brand new! I actually had friends come by to make sure I wasn't just "nose-blind" and each one remarked about how great it smelled AND looked! I'm the person who researches everything to death. So when it was time to clean my carpets, I called over 15 people. Leon was the only one who was honest and said he wouldn't be able to give me a fair quote unless he came to my house. He wasn't the cheapest but he definitely wasn't the most expensive either. He and Oliver spent over 5 hours cleaning my carpets, stairs, rugs, and sofas for a VERY reasonable price. I was extremely satisfied with the work they did. Last summer, I had the same areas cleaned without nearly the same level of cleanliness Leon was able to accomplish. I have a cream colored shag rug that looks as good as it did the day I bought it. Before he left, I asked him about cleaning my dining chairs upholstered in a silk blend. He said he would attempt to clean them and if the stains don't come out, then he wouldn't charge me. The fact that he would attempt to clean and not charge me is good enough for me to call him back for another appointment!
