We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less.

One quoted an outrageous price, two quoted half the figure, and two promised to come out for a quote and never showed up. All had a number of poor reviews of their work on line. I held off getting the work done. This spring I contacted Pro Coat. Dave Marion quoted a fair price for the job, and warned me that he couldn't guarantee the old botched finish could be completely removed. He said his crew would test a small area and only if they could satisfactorily clean it, would they do my entire deck. His men arrived within the time frame Dave had estimated, the test cleaning worked perfectly, and within the day my deck was stripped, brightened and looking like new. A few days later Pro Coat was back and the deck was stained in an afternoon. Great care was taken to cover the side of the house next to the deck so no over-spray could get on the siding or brickwork. The yard was left immaculately clean. Alfredo did a great job of evenly and thoroughly applying the new stain to the inside and outside of the deck, despite the surrounding hedge making it difficult. My deck now looks like new, and the results were far better than I thought could possibly be achieved. Any future work I need will be done by Pro Coat, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Window Washing PRO was excellent! We waited a little late in the season to have our gutters cleaned, however they were able to still accommodate us! We obtained multiple quotes on Yelp. This team was the most efficient and quick with communication and provided very clear/honest quotes (and affordable!). They were able to schedule us within a couple of days from our initial communication. Only disappointment I had was that while they were here I pointed out sills between windows and screens needed cleaning and was told it is an additional charge. They treated the problem with a bleach solution, hand-scrubbed the guards, tested the water flow, and made sure everything was draining properly. Their attention to detail really stood out. They also recommended a different type of mesh guard that may perform better long-term, but there was absolutely no sales pressure--just helpful information and honest advice. What really sets this company apart is the people. They are true Midwestern, salt-of-the-earth folks who clearly take pride in their work and care about their customers and being honest.
