I found this company through a local Facebook community group, and I'm so glad I did. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and came out the very next day. I have very fine mesh gutter guards, and algae had started forming on top of them. They treated the problem with a bleach solution, hand-scrubbed the guards, tested the water flow, and made sure everything was draining properly. Their attention to detail really stood out. Unfortunately, I need to revise my review. When I asked for an initial quote, I specifically asked for the downspout leading to an underground drain to be flushed/cleared of any blockages. I happened to notice a segment of my downspout bursting at its seam due to a clog at the base of the downspout during today's rainfall. This will be annoying to fix myself. I contacted Steve about a cleaning and minor repair to my gutters, he responded right away with a very reasonable quote and was out here within a day or two, even came on a Saturday when I could be home. The cleaning was very thorough, he handled the repair no problem, even installed new straps where he thought existing ones were weak. Kind of like going to the dentist, there's nothing exciting or glamorous to say about getting your gutters cleaned. But it's gotta get done. Technically, it doesn't *have* to get done, but you're a fool if you ignore it for too long. Kind of like your teeth... Anyway, last year I decided to set an annual reminder to have someone clean them. Husband insisted we try to do it ourselves once; if you have a multi-story house, I don't recommend it. The vendor we hired last year did a great job and cleaned a ton of junk out. What I didn't love is that they threw that junk all over our lawn. Best Price is true to its name. I threw bids out to a few vendors and they came back with (wait for it) the best price. Of the vendors who responded, they were considerably lower and in line what we paid last year. Steve reached out a day after we traded messages and said he could come out later that day. He let me know when he was on the way and they got right to work. We filed through Yelp for an estimate to get our gutters cleaned, and then Yelp sent our request to this company and 4 other gutter cleaning services. This company had the cheapest price and the highest yelp score. Easy decision! They came out rather quickly with a team of 3 or 4 men, climbed on the roof of our house and garage and cleaned out our gutters. We are very happy with their service; the owner Steve was professional.
