I chose Guaranteed Gutters because of its excellent reviews and was willing to pay a premium for outstanding service. The crew was friendly and courteous, but unfortunately, the quality of the cleanup was disappointing, both in removing debris around the house and in disposing of leaves collected from the gutters. One plastic bag of debris was left in a corner of my garden, and another was placed in my yard-waste bin, which I had to remove myself because Evanston does not accept yard waste in plastic bags. After I contacted Tim to express my concerns, he apologized and promptly sent a crew back to redo the cleanup. I was very pleased with his response and his commitment to customer service. Tim was responsive to my phone calls and returned my messages quickly. I appreciate the way he addressed my concerns, and I look forward to using Guaranteed Gutters again. read more

Stay away from Guaranteed Gutters. I hired them to clean the gutters and three downspouts around my house. Cameras covering the yard and property show the crew was here for roughly 14 minutes total, including unloading and reloading their truck. Despite that, they claimed they completed the entire job, including cleaning all three downspouts and going through our neighbor's yard to access and clean that side of the house. They never used a hose to flush or check the downspouts. When I questioned this, they stalled and gave me the runaround for weeks before finally returning. They did work on the downspouts, but still never went through the neighbor's yard, despite originally claiming they had. No photos, no convincing explanation, and weeks of excuses. I would not trust this company to do the work they claim to have done. read more

3rd year in a row having them out. They're fantastic! I don't need to be home and they just come out and take care of the work. Awesome communication and ease to schedule. read more

Really nice crew that came and worked on the place. Affordable service, they were prompt to schedule and professional.

We have had Guaranteed Gutters clean our gutters 4 times. In December we switched insurance companies and their inspector claimed something was wrong with our roof despite the home inspection when we bought the house 3 years ago said our roof was perfect and good for 25 years most likely. I asked Tim the project manager to go take a look and if something was wrong of course we would want to fix it. He confirmed the roof was fine. He spoke to the insurance company himself, sent pictures and a letter confirming the roof is in good shape. Long story our house now passed inspection thanks to the assistance of Guaranteed Gutters and Tim. I would highly recommend this company! read more

We had 3 companies come out and provide quotes for installing gutters on our garage and downspout extension. Guaranteed Gutters was the only company that actually took their time and surveyed the property. They climbed on the roof to inspect, properly measured, even found a couple of small holes. The downspout was actually damaged from an ice jam. Some of these are things the other companies never would have caught because they were gone after 5 minutes. The Guaranteed crew was professional and thorough. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for all the work that eventually needed to be done. I will be reaching back out for future gutters needs! read more

Prompt, professional and excellent quality. Totally recommendable! Called in when my gutters were giving in, they scheduled an appointment really quick and provided magnificent service. read more

I couldn't be happier with Guaranteed Gutters. My trees don't drop their leaves until early December, and this year Mother Nature made it especially difficult for the team to get to them on schedule. Even so, Guaranteed Gutters kept me informed the entire time. On Monday, December 22, they showed up--right when they said they would--and now my gutters are spotless and ready for the maple tree helicopters. Their pricing is excellent, the team is fantastic, and they leave the yard cleaner than when they arrived. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality gutter cleaning, you truly can't go wrong with Guaranteed Gutters. read more

This company was out yesterday on the hottest day so far this summer and did a fantastic job repairing my gutters and adding guards. Great pricing, great job, pictures before and after, great clean up and a lot of information before and after the job. Definitely give them a call for any gutter service on your home. read more

Had them come out to fix damage to the flashing and gutter guards that another company caused while installing a new roof. Very happy with the repair work. read more

After receiving three quotes from different gutter companies, I chose to contract guaranteed gutters due to their's being the lowest quote. I hired them to install gutters, leaf guards, to dig a trench and add a pop-up emitter to a downspout location, and some minor roof repair work. They did a fantastic job, selecting materials that match my trim perfectly. Tim, the leader of the project, exhibited great communication and completed the job within a week of me accepting the invoice. Shortly after the gutters were installed, there was a major rain storm here, and I noticed some minor leaks near a couple of the downspout elbow joints. I notified Tim and two days later he came out to weatherproof all of the joints. This was after I paid the entire invoice! I highly recommend guaranteed gutters for your next gutter project. read more

They installed gutter guards and cleared out my underground downspouts. They were timely, professional, and courteous. We had two minor issues where an inside corner needed to have a splash guard installed and an underground downspout needed to be recleared. They came back twice extremely fast and fully fixed the issues with no pushback. Truly cared about the end product. Would definitely recommend. read more

Quick and easy process. I'd recommend them. They were able to to the job even when I had to be away from the house.

We needed new gutters so we contacted this company. We have used them in the past for gutter cleaning. They came out to inspect the job and stated new gutters were only needed on the garage and some repair work to the gutters on the house. They worked quickly and diligently. Highly recommend them. read more

I chose this company initially based primarily on reviews and being local. I would definitely recommend them for any gutter maintenance or repair. Their communication was excellent and timely. Even though I called initially with just a couple of areas of concern, they completed a full assessment of the roof, flashing and everything related to the gutters. This gave me some insight into some other areas that would be very important to maintain. The two workmen that were out were very competent, polite and friendly. Communication with them was great. Their price was fair even though it was more than I had originally planned on spending for my anticipated small initial repair. There's nothing worse than water going in places that it's not supposed to be! Definitely five stars! will use again!! read more

Tim and the team were prompt in completing a detailed inspection and provided options for both repair and replacement for my gutter system. They were responsive to make the updates and the price was competitive with other quotes I had received. I recommend them and will use them for future projects as well as annual cleaning. read more

I have had these folks clean our gutters out for the last 3 seasons. They always do an excellent job. They show up when they promise to, quickly get to work and do a thorough job. I also appreciated that they sent a followup email with pictures of any issues that they find when they are on the roof and provide a quote for resolving those issues. Their pricing is fair and inexpensive and I am happy to recommend them. read more

Got it! Here's a review that reflects the work they did: --- (5 Stars) I recently hired Guaranteed Gutters for some roof touch ups and stabilize my gutters, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service! Even though I wasn't home while the work was being done, they made everything easy and stress free. If you need any roofing or gutter work, etc... I highly recommend Guaranteed Gutters. read more

I had a downspout removed from the sewer and relocated, and the gutter repitched. They did a great job. Plugged the holes so they're not noticeable. New downspout looks and works great. Cleaned up all the scraps and nails. Great job. Nice knowledgeable crew. Highly recommended. read more

Fast, affordable, and thorough gutter cleaning. We will definitely use Guaranteed Gutters again.

We have tried 4 other companies and this one is the winner! They cleaned the gutters on our six buildings in Evanston by hand and removed the debris in garbage bags. They were careful, efficient and professional. They even blew the debris off the roofs and cleaned up meticulously off the ground! Everyone in our Homeowners Association was thrilled with their service. We will have them back again in the fall to do it again! They may be a bit more expensive than other companies, but they are worth it - you don't have to clean your windows or patios after they are gone! We recommend them highly! read more

Great company to deal with. Came out promptly, took pictures of areas they thought needed attention. Then came out promptly to do the work we wanted. Don't hesitate to call them. read more

Guaranteed Gutters recently cleaned our gutters for the second time and did a amazing thorough job and gave a detail description on other suggested service needed along with a quote, which is always appreciated. They are very clean and pickup after themselves without a mess and best part of all I don't have to be home to monitor their work; picture given show their work in themselves. Great Job - Thank you Always Naomi V. read more

We hired Guaranteed Gutters for a small project to extend a downspout 21 feet to the alley. The extension was exactly what we wanted, and the work was well done. The cost was what I had expected, and the amount was much less than a bid from another firm. On-line contracting and payment made the process easy and smooth. We are very satisfied customers. read more

Guaranteed Gutters fixed a problem with my house that two contractors could not figure out. I'm grateful they figured it out...the issue had caused water seepage in the basement for YEARS! They are knowledgeable and very personable--a great resource. read more

Guaranteed Gutters evaluated our situation and quickly gave us a detailed analysis of alternate solutions . They also offered us discounts. We're on a fixed income so we didn't have them repair everything in need but only our two most pressing items a damaged downspout and our roof fixing leaks in the roof itself and in our chimney flashing - the work was done in a timely fashion and they even came back to seal the base of the downspout. We got good value and discounts - excellent communication as well. Would recommend. read more

They were very professional and even dealt with my very difficult neighbor. They addressed several issues we had and it was very affordable. I highly recommend them. read more

Great service! Very efficient and quick. Easy to make appointment and contact. They provided a quote quickly and got the job done quicker.

I used Guaranteed gutters 3 years ago to do gutter repairs from ice damage and to install gutter guards. They have been worth every penny. No need to clean the gutters since and they are working beautifully. Exactly as advertised, i couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and customer service. A few weeks ago i reached out about a concern i had about loud rain noise in one of my gutters (it had been present since i moved in). I inquired to see if they could do anything about it. They came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very reasonable cost and again, amazing customer service. I can't recommend highly enough. Love this company! read more

We have been using Guaranteed Gutters for a few years now. We used to use another company. I appreciate that this is a smaller, local business. I also appreciate that they do an inspection for problems while they are up on the roof. They did identify a couple of issues on their first visit, which were resolved and fortunately they haven't spotted an issues since then. And, as others have already pointed out, they are friendly, efficient, affordable and reliable. Will continue to use them. read more
