If all you're needing is your gutters cleaned then Guaranteed Gutters has my endorsement. The came out the next day as they book jobs according to geography and it was completed quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, That's where things started to go wrong. They were supposed to give me a bid to install leaf guards as well as an additional downspout along with some corrections and improvements to the existing gutters and some other routine maintenance. The estimate did come, but not without one phone call to prompt them. The estimate was very reasonable in my mind so I paid the 50% down immediately and figured to get this done in the next three weeks before my wife and I went on vacation. We wanted some peace of mind having had a recent issue. Three phone calls and two emails later I finally get a response. I am trying to schedule the work and the tell me this too is based on the geographical routing system, but it will be complete in the next 16 days prior to our trip. They call me the last business day prior to my trip to tell me they won't be completing the work before my in the agreed upon time. The works was $2264 almost 10 times what I paid for the cleaning. I expressed my disappointment and asked for a refund which came in a timely fashion. High hopes after the quick response on cleaning, but I was left scratching my head. Managing expectations, this is what life and business are all about and it starts with better communication. Not everything can be automated. read more

The team did a great job! I was out of town and needed my gutters cleaned. Of course I forgot to turn the outside water back on, but they said it wasn't needed. When I came home everything was cleaned perfectly...not even a sign of the slop I'm sure was there. It was definitely a worthwhile expenditure for the price. read more

We chose Guaranteed Gutters because they are local and family owned. They were awesome. Great Job! These guys cleaned my gutters and repaired the animal hole in my roof. The cost was reasonable and the service was first rate. Thanks Guarantee Gutters. read more

I called these guys about some downspout work and unfortunately was out of their service area, which I should have anticipated given we are in the far northern suburbs. However, Guaranteed Gutters went out of their way to provide a ton of information and resources to help solve my downspout issue over the phone. They also followed up via a separate text with additional thoughts. Any company that goes above and beyond to help someone out even after realizing they would not get a paying customer, receives five stars from me! read more

Guaranteed did the cleaning and repairs for the gutters of my entire condo building over the summer. They were clear in what they were doing, and precise, and we got photos of everything. I had my gutters cleaned, included with the gutter cleaning was a roof inspection. The roof inspection revealed that some repairs to the roof were needed. Tim explained the reasons for the repairs and described why a certain style of gutter guards was recommended for my house. The price for the roof repairs was very reasonable. I also requested a quote for gutter guards which seemed to be comparable to other markets. I will have Guaranteed Gutters complete the roof repairs and gutter guard installation in the near future. read more

Very reasonable price to clean your gutters. Came out when they said they would--cleaned up after themselves even though I wasn't there. Followed up with photos of areas of concern around the gutters, roof and downspouts--along with estimate for repairs (and at a discounted rate). Very helpful as I would have never seen any of these issues myself. read more

Very professional, fast, reasonable pricing, saw several issues we didn't know existed, cleaned up everything on site. Will hire again.

just had a very satisfying experience with this company. i had arranged for gutter cleaning and had specifically asked that the scope of the work include clearing the downspouts. the crew came out and very quickly and efficiently cleared the gutters, but did not include flushing the downspouts with water--which is what i had expected them to do. i called and left a message, and got a return call within the hour. they sent the crew back to do the flushing, and in that more extensive treatment found the clog i had suspected was there. the crew worked very diligently and was very apologetic for not finding the clog on their own. i was so impressed with the responsiveness of guaranteed gutter, and the crews' dedication to doing the job in a manner that reflected positively on them. very rare to find that today. will definitely call on them for my future gutter cleaning needs. read more

I love the idea of scheduling this service on the internet with no phone calls needed. Then they come any time, and you don't have to be home. You can pay online. So easy. I plan to keep using them every year. They also fixed some loose fascia and I don't see that on the invoice, so I assume they didn't ask for more money for that. Great experience. read more

Fast and professional service. The gutter cleaning process will not only clean and unclog your gutters but will find any damages, wear and tear of your gutters and roof. Having someone to take pictures and explain what they can do to repair and replace the wear and tear they found was helpful and thoughtful. Finding the problems before they cause any real damage was appreciated as most gutter cleaners only clean out the gutters and go. The staff was responsible and courteous. I will see you in the spring. read more
