We found this company through the Yelp Projects function and are happy with the results. We originally sought out quotes in late 2025, then Chicago entered a deep freeze and gutter cleaning was not possible. We just had our Bubbles clean out our gutters in mid-February. The technician did a great job cleaning out our gutters and did a nice job repairing one of our gutters at our request. We were quoted $210 for gutter cleaning on a 2.5 story house with a detached garage. We think it was a great value and will use this company again. Two techs came with ladders and all the right equipment and while I thought they might not finish, they got to every corner and made each window sparkle including screens and inside the storm windows. Don't waste your time! Very unprofessional! Booked a window washing service 4 days in advance, and was scheduled from 11-3 pm range. Did not receive call from anyone on day of service. At 2:30, I was getting nervous and called dispatch. They said they will arrive in 30 mins - 1 hour. 3:00 comes and still no word. Dispatch sd they will check with tech and call me back. No call back from dispatch either. So after calling several times to confirm ETA, dispatch said it was gonna be abt 3:30, then 4 then 4:45.. on one of the calls, they sd tech had a family emergency and had to reassign my account. I called them at least 6 times trying to get ETA. If i had not called dispatch, I would not have known about the delay. Dispatch reps need better training too. Window washing service should not be this difficult and stressful. read more

I just had my windows cleaned by Bubbles window cleaning. They did a horrible job. My windows were streaky. I called for a quote and requested the windows to be done inside and out, with screens and tracks. When they arrived a dad and 3 kids got out of the van. When I asked why they weren't doing g the tracks , they said it would be extra. We agreed to a price and then they did a horrible job. The tracks were not clean, and they left water and dirt on the inside of my ledges. I called the company, and they refused to refund some of the fee, and said they would send somebody in a week to to redo some of the windows. I tills them I didn't want an army . No thank you. We scheduled a cleaning with this company. There were several scheduling issues. We were not happy with the cleaning, however their customer service tried to remedy the situation by sending over other technicians. They used only soap and water which got the dust off the windows but did not address the hard water staining. This was later cleaned by myself with windex. The crew broke a patio light, and when I brought this to the offices' attention, they didn't argue or resist, they simply took the cost of the light off my bill. Please avoid this company. They ruined by carpet with dirty oily water 4 days before I was putting it on the market. They took no responsibility. I had to replace my carpet becaue of their negligence and they could have cared less. Avoid! We've used Bubbles a handful of times and they almost always either cancel and reschedule or push me to a different time window because technicians aren't available (even though service was scheduled well in advance). Last week I'd scheduled a window cleaning and had to call 30min before my service window was about to end to check on estimated arrival time. I was told it might rain so they wouldn't wash the windows (not sure why I had to call to hear from them about this vs. them proactively letting me know). So I rescheduled for today. I got a text that they were moving my service time. Then within an hour of the new window ending, I got a call that it was too cold to clean windows (I'd already prepped all the spaces for the technician to easily access the windows). It's 36 degrees and the entirety of the cleaning would occur INSIDE of my home. The Bubbles person said it was at the discretion of the technician and he refused to clean windows in the cold weather. Someone recently asked me about this business and I thought I wrote a review here. I used them once a few years back. Terrible experience. The workers brought a small, rambunctious child with them who ran wild through my home. Mind you, certain areas of my home are off limits to even family members. Once I brought this to their attention, he then ran a muck through my yard and plopped down on my lawn furniture with his feet on my white cushions. Once again, I had to say something to the workers. I had to leave before they finished and returned home to find out they pulled all my furniture away from the windows and l left it in the middle of my patios. Needless to say, I have not, and will not, use or refer them. Yes, one bad experience is too much. In fairness to the company, I will add that they did a nice job on the windows. read more

Our technician Andre and his helper did a fabulous job cleaning all of our windows, screens & skylights! They were prompt, courteous and did a very thorough job. We live in a wooded neighborhood which causes our windows and sills to be extra dirty. I appreciate the time Andre took to take a look around and explain what he could do for our job before he started. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest. Overall I was very pleased with the job he did and how beautiful our windows looked when he was done. I highly recommend requesting Andre as your technician from Bubbles since the first technician that was sent out did not have the equipment needed for our high skylights, didn't explain what he would be doing and did not seem confident that he could do the job. I had an appointment scheduled for a morning, they called and said they couldn't make that time, so I had to reschedule. I received a quote and when they got here they were now upcharging for something that quoted a price. I verified with the that I indeed asked for screens, which now I am being upcharged for. Their idea of cleaning screen certainly would not be mine, they just wipe the screens with the same dirty rag. I will never use them again. They did ok cleaning the windows. read more

I should have read the Yelp reviews before we worked with them. Spent my hard earned money for nothing. I am trying to get a refund now. They said they cleaned the gutters in August, but the last 2 rain storms since, I noticed there wasn't any change in the gutter water spillage. Fortunately, I got help to inspect their "hard" work and it was obvious that nothing was ever done. They didn't bother to clean the downspout leaf collector guards. They were solidly caked with mud, as was the gutter around it (pictured) that is the one very important task in cleaning a gutter!! What a scam. BBB gave them a high rating! I went with Bubbles to clean my gutters (even though they were significantly higher than other companies) because they were available sooner. However, I noticed a wet garbage bag in my yard, near my ac unit with flies circling it. They left the debris that they cleaned from the gutters in my yard??? The garbage can is in the alley, just steps away! I will never hire them again. What kind of company gets hired to "clean", but dumps trash in your yard? I also noticed on my receipt that they are also Mr. Duct. I won't hire them either. read more

When they came and clean my gutters I was happy because I thought they did a good job. But after a couple of weeks, the rain came and I find out that one the gutter wasn't clean, the water was running through the siding, so disappointed! (so, in the middle of the rain I had to go out and clean it myself). I call and they only said that only have 10 days warranty! (well, didn't rain in those 10 days so too bad for me) very disappointed about the bad customer service. If you decide to go forward with them I recommend you to go out with the person who's doing the job and make sure that all the gutters are cleaned and the water runs all the way down. I had them come out and clean out the gutters and power wash the north side of my house to get ride of the green patches of goo that accumulate on that side of the house. Updated review: After the frustrations posted below, Bubbles reached out, apologized, and asked for another chance. We agreed and they arrived this morning to clean the windows. I will say that this time everything went just great. The dispatch called ahead, and the cleaners came during the given timeframe with the correct ladders! Everyone was very nice and really did a great job. If this were our first attempt/experience I easily would have given 5 stars. That said, I really respect a company that asks for another chance and then delivers on it. We will very likely use this company again next time. Original: This company has been completely useless for us. The first time they sent someone out we warned them that we had high windows and they didn't bring a ladder big enough so we had to cancel. Frustrating, but whatever, mistakes happen. Later we tried them again, and were very clear about the height of our windows, which was on the purchase order and everything. The workers still didn't bring a high enough ladder so we just had to cancel again. To top it off, both times they didn't call ahead to let us know they were on their way, which they promise to do (we have large dogs that are often outside). And after this last time the worker said he would call the office and figure out next steps for us, then sat on his phone for 5 minutes before just driving away without saying a word. 1990s cable repair, us post office and the social security office are all more reliable than Bubbles Window Washing. I had to reschedule - count it - THREE times over the course of weeks and ended up canceling altogether. Each time they gave me an arrival window and then never showed up or contacted me, making me call the dispatcher for updates. When the estimated arrival time moved from morning to afternoon to evening I was forced to reschedule days - multiple times- before finally canceling. This place SUCKS. read more
