I wanted to leave a message but it said "sorry the mailbox is full" I hope this means they have so much business that they can't keep up with all the calls. I found Elm simply by doing a search on Yelp. I called last year and received a quote for my condo association. Due to the pandemic we ended up putting it on hold, but finally I called them and scheduled the service. The young lady who answers the phone has always been extremely patient and flexible which is truly appreciated. She took her time altering a number of estimates and going over the price structure. She also had no problem separating the invoices after I told her my neighbor and I wanted to pay separately. My neighbor and I were able to schedule our cleanings on the same day. My appointment was for 2pm, but the gentleman (2) arrived a half hour early and were ready to work. (I had told the receptionist that my neighbor and I both work from home) They cleaned my windows and screens in about 3 hours. The screens cost $5 each and the windows cost $299. (I live on the 3rd floor) It was slightly cheaper for my neighbor since she lives on the first floor. The windows are spotless! They haven't been this clean since I bought the place a few years ago. The gentlemen who came out were affable, polite, efficient and hard working. I was more than happy to tip them $20 each. I'm very satisfied with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to use ELM again or refer them to others. read more

After using two other window cleaning companies ELM is by far superior to all!!! The other two companies has hundreds of 5-star reviews and the work was mediocre. ELM came with in days of calling to give us an estimate and then returned to clean the windows two days after! The two guys that were here were phenomenal! We are very happy with the process of securing cleaning for our 3 flat building. The results were fantastic and we are very pleased. Since we had a 3 flat, it was a little challenging to find a way to hang from the roof because ladders could not be used due to spacing between the buildings. Great experience with ELM. For starters, they were honest about quoting the job, unlike some other vendors. There was no undercutting other vendors with a low quote only to raise the price upon arrival. With window washing you should always be very careful to count windows inside and out and not assume anything - and Maria from ELM walked me thru the pricing structure and made sure I was aware how the windows are counted and how the costs were applied. Re the job itself, Manny and Raul were friendly, efficient, organized, and did a great job. I can't say enough good things about ELM. The single worker did a very thorough job. He replaced the stained glass windows which had to be taken down to clean the regular windows. Arrived a little later than scheduled, due to previous job taking longer, but got right to work and did a careful and good job. Would gladly hire them again. read more

They did a phenomenal job on our condo. Both guys used masks (COVID) and shoe covers and they took great care to make sure that they left the house in good shape.
