The team did a good job on the windows but only cleaned the surrounding exterior sills and window frames on a portion of the windows -- which is clearly stated as part of their service on the website. We reached out several times to try to work with the owner to have them come back to finish the missed windows, but he just made excuses that they didn't have access and don't clean sills unless we paid them to clean inside and outside both. We sent pictures showing the missed work, and that it was clearly outside and accessible to the crew (as some windows were done and others not), but he made no effort to resolve our concerns. We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less. read more

Freddy, the owner came out and quoted me a fair price. Lots of detail work as far as cleaning with the stained glass and just having to deal with older windows in general. The crew he sent out (Tony & Alex) were fantastic, they were clean, meticulous and caring. I had the full blown service, with screens and the storm windows washed also. Was given a very reasonable quote by owner Eugene, and Tony and Adiel came out and did the job on the day and time promised. The first company I called never showed up nor had the decency to let me know they weren't coming. Tony and Adiel cleaned the gutters very well, including climbing on the roof. Not only were they quick to respond when I reached out, they had me scheduled right away with an excellent price quote: no surprise fees. I thought our old windows in the front of the house were a bit foggy because they were so old (pully style windows that are older than I can imagine). They pointed out that one of the storm windows was installed incorrectly, and offered to help us swap them. While we were at it, we had them clean the storms, and it looked SO GOOD that we had them clean the rest of the storms as well, which we hadn't planned to do. It was like brand new windows! We're relatively new first time homeowners, and didn't realize the importance of getting the windows cleaned until today. Just had an exceptional experience with Smiling Windows. The 2 guys that came spent 45 minutes on my very small ranch. Cleaned gutters and downspouts with hose after removing the debris. Found 2 screws that were too long for downspout use and blocking debris, so they switched them out!!! They even offered to trim a tree that is depositing pine cones into the gutter. And put all the debris in a leaf bag and brought to my curb for pickup. Awesome!! read more
