Not just windows! They do an excellent job on patios, as well. They power-washed, re-sanded and sealed my large, unilock paver patio. High quality work and they stand behind the job! read more

They do are professional job on my condo windows. They remove my windows and screens and replace them sparkling clean.

The team did a good job on the windows but only cleaned the surrounding exterior sills and window frames on a portion of the windows -- which is clearly stated as part of their service on the website. We reached out several times to try to work with the owner to have them come back to finish the missed windows, but he just made excuses that they didn't have access and don't clean sills unless we paid them to clean inside and outside both. We sent pictures showing the missed work, and that it was clearly outside and accessible to the crew (as some windows were done and others not), but he made no effort to resolve our concerns. We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less. read more

They were awesome. My windows look so good. They were very meticulous and clean inside my house too. I liked that. They were detailed too - didn't rush the job. The pricing was fair. I will only use them to clean my windows from now on! read more

I love this crew! They are soooo sweet and do such a great great job. Our windows are sparkling clean, and their kindness makes it all the shinier. I would call them every day! read more

I have used Smiling Windows for 5 years twice per year. I couldn't be happier. The staff is courteous and conscious. They also repaired two windows and told us about their screen repairs which are done on premises. I don't know if the windows are smiling but I certainly am. read more

I called this company on the recommendation of Yelp reviews. It's been a long time since I had my windows done, and they were as scuzzy as they come, many years of built up dirt and film. Freddy, the owner came out and quoted me a fair price. Lots of detail work as far as cleaning with the stained glass and just having to deal with older windows in general. The crew he sent out (Tony & Alex) were fantastic, they were clean, meticulous and caring. I had the full blown service, with screens and the storm windows washed also. You know the mark of a good window wash when it looks like there is no glass. I am highly impressed and couldn't be happier. They will be the first company that comes to mind if I need my windows washed again. Their work speaks for itself. read more

Smiling Windows - Living room stained glass window - Window Washing Near Me

Everything this business has done for me has made me happy. They cleaned my 101 year old windows carefully and expertly, oiling the ones that had gotten stuck shut. This was a major feat, in my opinion. They also replaced all my torn window screens, cleaned my gutters and most recently put up my outdoor Christmas lights! Oh, and they pressure washed the front of my house. All of their work has been careful and top notch, and I am proud of my house again. I am completely thrilled with Smiling Windows. read more

Prompt quote and flexible about adding services that I asked for and fast with updated quote. Kind, courteous and excellent quality work.

We are listing our home soon and received their contact from our realtor. I contacted them and they gave a verbal phone quote. With not ever having our home windows ever professionally cleaned I informed them to give me a quote when they had visual inspection. I was told a price before they started working that I agreed to and was completely amazed with the results of having windows professionally cleaned. No offense to our ability to clean a window but when they busted our scrapers and steel wool... nothing does a better job cleaning a surface than this. I was very pleased with their service and how they left our home. Great job Smiling Windows. I'm still smiling on how my windows look days and days later. They will look great for staging our home. Thank you! read more

Reached out to Smiling Windows for an estimate on having my gutters cleaned. Was given a very reasonable quote by owner Eugene, and Tony and Adiel came out and did the job on the day and time promised. The first company I called never showed up nor had the decency to let me know they weren't coming. Tony and Adiel cleaned the gutters very well, including climbing on the roof. And there were no price surprises either. Job well done. read more

The guys came out and cleaned my gutters. They were efficient and did a job. I would recommend them.

We have used Smiling Windows for the past 7 years. They respond to my requests promptly, are reasonably priced, are professional, and do a fantastic job. A big shout out to Freddy, who cleaned our windows last Friday and did a great job. Highly recommend this company. read more

Hard working, fast and economical. Our windows have never looked better!!! Highly recommend!!! read more

Overall work done was ok but took much longer than expected. Owner tried to upcharge even though they had provided a quote before the work was stated. Overall poor communication towards the end. Doesn't follow through as told. read more

Freddie came out and I talked to him for 20 minutes, seemed like a good guy. We set up cleaning the siding on 7/1. When the day came we had cash ready to pay him but he never showed up. Called his number and his assistant knew about the appt. He called Freddie and then called back saying Freddie said he couldn't do it. Don't waste your time with Freddie! read more

Very reliable. Sincere. Reasonable. Fair. They came on time and did the right job at the right way.

They came in and did my windows and did an Amazing job! They were very informative and they were very professional. No haste! Recomendable!!!! read more

Not only were they quick to respond when I reached out, they had me scheduled right away with an excellent price quote: no surprise fees. I thought our old windows in the front of the house were a bit foggy because they were so old (pully style windows that are older than I can imagine). They pointed out that one of the storm windows was installed incorrectly, and offered to help us swap them. While we were at it, we had them clean the storms, and it looked SO GOOD that we had them clean the rest of the storms as well, which we hadn't planned to do. It was like brand new windows! We're relatively new first time homeowners, and didn't realize the importance of getting the windows cleaned until today. Looking forward to working with Eugene and his team on an annually basis. read more

Great service and reasonable prices. I called on Tuesday and they were here on time on Thursday to clean my gutters and windows. Very pleased with the two guys they sent as they were very nice and did a fantastic job. I will certainly call Smiling Windows again. read more

Use these guys! Super fast and professional. The job was done in about 30 minutes. Our gutters weren't too bad but we had clogged downspouts. Showed me some pictures he took from up on the roof before/after. Amazing job. Bring on the rain! read more

We had the best experience with Smiling Windows. Eugene was friendly and prompt in all of his email communication and we couldn't have asked for a better technician in Adiel. He arrived early and spent 4 hours carefully and thoroughly cleaning our exterior windows and hand washing every screen. Not only did he clear out our gutters, but he trimmed back branches that were dropping debris and removed them from our property, then generously offered advice on how we could improve our gutter drainage. Truly above and beyond! We couldn't recommend them enough. read more

Freddy and his team are pros...Our home is in Chicago but, we have hired them for many jobs and this review is overdue! They are prompt, professional, courteous and take great pride in their work. They have performed gutter cleaning, power washing and of course window washing for our home over the past 6 years. They are upfront, honest and trustworthy...We never had to worry about the jobs they did for us, we could leave and come to sparkling clean windows, power washed decks or clean gutters. They leave behind no debris, scratches or dents on the siding, trash, etc...Freddy and his team do a wonderful job and we would recommend him to anyone looking to wash their windows, clean out gutters or power washing...They even started cleaning solar panels as a service, to make sure they work efficiently....If you need any of that done, call them first. Thanks Freddy! read more

Eugene was wonderfully honest! He didn't actually clean my windows. You see I had a very complicated job. He came out, estimated, but when he started the job he realized that there were unforeseen difficulties and risks. So he stopped, no charge. Also very nice, prompt, and flexible. read more

Outstanding results delivered with the utmost professionalism and pride. Not the cheapest option out there, but a great value for what they deliver. We plan to hire them again and again for our windows. read more

I called based on the quality and consistency of the reviews. The initial call was professional, scheduling was flexible and met my needs. The team showed up, walked me through what they felt would do the best job and went about completing the project quickly. Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The cost, very reasonable! I would definitely recommend Smiling Windows to everyone! read more

Freddie and his coworker cleaned exterior of windows and screens of my house and power washed the walkway and front stone steps. Reasonably priced. And very very thorough workers. I highly recommend. read more

Quick and great service! Super nice and did an amazing job on my [very] dirty windows. Highly recommend Smiling Windows.

Great service, but most importantly quick and simple. Eugene was very quick to reach out and they were able to get me in the very next afternoon for a cleaning. Showed up and they got right to it cleaning the gutters and gushing the downspouts. They did an amazing job as I knew the gutters were very dirty and the downspouts would be clogged. Highly recommended. read more

Professional service, straight forward. They came in, they did what they are supposed to do and left with no issues. A crew of several people came and got through the job of cleaning the gutters and downspouts on my single family house and 2 car garage real quick. Payed through phone app, they were also very responsive through sms and Yelp chat. read more

Another 5-star review for Smiling Windows -- this is what one gives to a local business who shows up on time, is easy to deal with, is reasonably priced and most importantly, does a good job. My windows are "smiling!" Thank you Gene -- see you next year! read more

Freddy and his associate did a great job cleaning our windows. He was timely, honest, thorough, and well priced. We have very high ceilings / windows and the previous owners hadn't cleaned them in years. Freddy took the time to make all of our windows sparkle, including the highest ones, and repaired and cleaned the screens. He was also very accommodating of our tight timeline and kindly squeezed us in on a weekend. We're very pleased with the results - worth every penny. Highly recommended! read more

Freddy and his Smiling Windows team are a great choice for professional window cleaning, arriving promptly on time and always doing a thorough job both inside and out. Our home had outside storm windows installed requiring additional labor to remove them and Freddy was the only window cleaning service who had the skill and experience to clean and reinstall. And his prices are competitive! An additional service during the holidays for those homeowners who don't want the hassle of hanging their outside Christmas lights is to call Freddy. He installed and removed my holiday lights at a fair price, and even cleared out a clogged gutter on the same visit. He will make your holiday more enjoyable since you won't be climbing ladders in winter weather. read more

The best people ever! Have helped my parents so much for years from window cleaning - gutter cleaning - and snow removal. They are the best - kind, trustworthy, reliable! Call them - you won't be disappointed read more

Freddy and Manny showed up in the timeframe, let me know because I'd never had my windows washed in the ten years I'd lived at my place (I know I know. But as a first time property owner not making a lot of money it was easy to skip) the windows should really be scrubbed and that would add an additional $25, and did an amazing job! My friend said it looked like we were living in a Windex ad haha. Will definitely use again. read more

Easy to organize a visit in short notice. Very professional and respectuous of COVID 19 preventive measures. Great outcome.

Just had an exceptional experience with Smiling Windows. The 2 guys that came spent 45 minutes on my very small ranch. Cleaned gutters and downspouts with hose after removing the debris. Found 2 screws that were too long for downspout use and blocking debris, so they switched them out!!! They even offered to trim a tree that is depositing pine cones into the gutter. And put all the debris in a leaf bag and brought to my curb for pickup. Awesome!! read more

Great job on our windows and screens by Mario and Mario!!! They did a fabulous job and were meticulous in their work. I would definitely recommend both Smiling Windows as well as the Marios to do your windows! Will definitely use them again in the future!!! read more

Great experience - easy to schedule with and so professional. Freddie & team did an expert job of cleaning in and outside windows of 3 story house and letting us know about any issues (e.g., that window doesn't shut all the way, that screen is broken). They worked around our work-from-home set ups and totally understood when I asked them to do my daughters' rooms first to accommodate nap schedules. I will definitely use them again! read more
