So I reached out to Ultimate gutter and I am so glad I did. Yan and his helper did such a wonderful job on my home and garage. Their prices are a little more fair and he didn't try to upsell me on stuff I don't really need like that other company I called. The gutters look so much more custom fit for my home than my old gutters. They really know what they are doing. Plus the 10 year warranty is so nice for peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I found Yan through Yelp--and the positive reviews were spot on. Yan is extremely professional and clearly experienced. He has a background working with larger gutter companies, and it shows--he knows exactly what he's doing. Yan and his team installed the new gutters on the coldest day of the season, yet they still worked quickly and efficiently. From the very first interaction, communication with Yan was seamless. He came out promptly, provided a clear estimate, used high-quality materials, and made excellent recommendations on gutter pitch and downspout placement. His work is also backed by a warranty, which gives great peace of mind. His pricing was very competitive compared to larger national companies--and the quality is just as good, if not better. If you're looking for new gutters, Yan is your guy. Thank you, Yan! I

Derrick helped me navigate a very challenging situation to rebuild the entire back wall of my home and attached deck due to water damage. Scope: New insulation, plywood sheathing, composite siding, soffit, and fascia for back wall. Replaced rim joist, headers, and other structural wood as needed from water damage. Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Derrick's attention to detail and pride in his work translated to a solution that addressed all of my goals and helped me understand mistakes made by previous contractors. He spent hours reviewing options and brainstorming with me as more damage was uncovered and the scope had to expand as we went. Overall, could not be happier with my experience and would highly recommend.

Usually I just tell the truth and go about my day on Yelp, but this one is a bit more disappointing…read moreto write because I'd given them a 5-star review. A month after they finished deck repairs, replacing steps, power washing and staining, we have three loose steps with the nail clearly poking through or a gap between the vertical and horizontal areas. Either these brackets were not secured enough in the first place or the brackets were just sprayed without checking how strong they were. Either way, I've waited SIX DAYS to see if someone would respond to fix this issue. I called four times and sent at least three emails. Their warranty apparently doesn't hold any weight. We have no problem with paying for it, but this is far too short of a timeframe for us to be dealing with new stair problems after they were here a month ago. I did not expect to contact them again until 2021 for new power washing and staining. The whole idea of the first job was to make sure ALL of the stairs were in good condition, ALL of the nails were secure and ALL of the brackets were rust-free, in addition to power washing and staining. I'm going to look elsewhere to fix these stairs. Up until this point, I really did think they did a great job. I would've recommended them to anyone. Now? Nope. (One of the reps also came out to fix the downspout. Not exactly the friendliest guy you'll ever meet, but he worked fast. Because I already knew cleanup wasn't their best attribute, I stayed in the parking lot to clean up as he worked. He only needed maybe 10-15 minutes, asked how I was paying and was outta there. No "thank you for your business" or even a "you're welcome" after I said "thank you." So far, so good on the spout though.)

Ordering windows took a few weeks and teams on install day moved swiftly and kept the area clean after! I also want to note that we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and many contractors said they could not install and/or needed additional materials, external infrastructure and costs to do the project, but Jacob made it seamless with bringing windows up the stairs, and doing an internal install, which incurred no extra install costs. This was also great as it did not impact our neighbors and kept the project contained and clean.
