HORRIBLE workmanship! If you hire them for anything besides window washing, expect to pay double to have what they did fixed! No sanding, no prep work. Crappy paint over peeling paint that I can flick off with my finger. If I don't get my money back, I'll be suing! read more

Usually I just tell the truth and go about my day on Yelp, but this one is a bit more disappointing to write because I'd given them a 5-star review. A month after they finished deck repairs, replacing steps, power washing and staining, we have three loose steps with the nail clearly poking through or a gap between the vertical and horizontal areas. Either these brackets were not secured enough in the first place or the brackets were just sprayed without checking how strong they were. Either way, I've waited SIX DAYS to see if someone would respond to fix this issue. I called four times and sent at least three emails. Their warranty apparently doesn't hold any weight. We have no problem with paying for it, but this is far too short of a timeframe for us to be dealing with new stair problems after they were here a month ago. I did not expect to contact them again until 2021 for new power washing and staining. The whole idea of the first job was to make sure ALL of the stairs were in good condition, ALL of the nails were secure and ALL of the brackets were rust-free, in addition to power washing and staining. I'm going to look elsewhere to fix these stairs. Up until this point, I really did think they did a great job. I would've recommended them to anyone. Now? Nope. (One of the reps also came out to fix the downspout. Not exactly the friendliest guy you'll ever meet, but he worked fast. Because I already knew cleanup wasn't their best attribute, I stayed in the parking lot to clean up as he worked. He only needed maybe 10-15 minutes, asked how I was paying and was outta there. No "thank you for your business" or even a "you're welcome" after I said "thank you." So far, so good on the spout though.) read more

Horrible service. Company obviously has water phobia. Window screens are sprayed from the bottle despite of the garden hose availability. Spiders nets were not removed and tracks were brushed and wiped with the clothe. Apparently there is a company policy against using water and soap. If you want to have window washing not window dry cleaning do yourself a favor, save money and order cheaper an better service somewhere else. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service, experience overall! My Dad usually cleans the gutters on his house every year but as an early Fathers Day gift, my brothers and I wanted to arrange for a company to come out to his house and do it for him. I reached out to facebook groups and friends for recommendations and this company was brought up, amongst others. After comparing pricing, I decided to see if Amruss had availability for last Saturday on their website and was delighted to see they did! I was thrilled that it was super easy to book online. Later that day I got a text message from one of the owners asking me if I'd be able to amend my appointment, to Tuesday morning. He gave a phone number to confirm so I immediately called him to request they come Monday (memorial day). He said they could come Monday morning at 8am and I asked if it could be later. He confirmed they could come Monday between 12-3pm. My Dad stayed home all day waiting for them and they were never arriving. When I tried to reach out to the person I spoke with, he never responded. Finally, on Tuesday I spoke with the girl working at their office who said the appointment was never rescheduled for Monday, it was for Tuesday from 12-3 because of the holiday. Annoyed, I wanted to make sure they were actually coming since now, my dad had to wait at home yet again another day. Guess what? They never showed up to his house until 345! When the people actually got there you could clearly tell that this company just outsourced to two local handymen. The whole reason that we decided to go with this company versus going with one of the other recommendations is because it looked like it was a licensed and accredited company so for liability purposes we decided to go with them over just a local handyman. All in all that wasn't bad enough because after they actually cleaned out the gutters which is the job that we had hired them to do they refused to actually remove the leaves from the roof that was clearly part of what was included. Even if that was not made clear that it was a separate cost considering all of the scheduling mishaps that were made by the fault of Alex in the company, this should never have been made an argument between my Dad and the two workers. The customer service that was given during this entire experience and all of the interactions was absolutely terrible. When you're in a business that you have competition and other people that customers can go to you need to double think how you treat your customers. There's absolutely no point in offering an online booking service if you don't actually update the availability accordingly!
