The Rus team handled everything, siding pressure washing, exterior and interior window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. Honestly, I was impressed. The team showed up on time, worked carefully, and didn't rush anything. My siding looked almost new after the wash, and the windows were so clean it felt like someone removed the glass completely. The gutter cleaning was a big help too, I usually dread that part, but they handled it professionally. It's hard to find companies that truly take pride in their work these days, but Rus and his crew really do. I'll definitely be using them again in the spring. Highly recommend.

We reached out several times to try to work with the owner to have them come back to finish the missed windows, but he just made excuses that they didn't have access and don't clean sills unless we paid them to clean inside and outside both. We sent pictures showing the missed work, and that it was clearly outside and accessible to the crew (as some windows were done and others not), but he made no effort to resolve our concerns. We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less.

They almost never answer the phone, take sometimes days to call back. This last time (yesterday), though, the one guy they sent (used to be 2) dumped my 3 loaded powerstrips in my home office from the window ledge to the floor. Left them in a tangled mess. It could have shut me down completely. Later I very, very carefully retrieved them from behind my whole set-up, untangled them and set them all up again. I was home the entire time. Why didn't he just ASK me to move them, or ask if HE could move them? They were on a very wide ledge and to me did not interfere with his access to the window glass (I took photos). Through my recommendation, I have gotten Thomas Cleaning many clients over the years. I will not use them again, and will pass the word on to others which new service I will find, and use, and they will too.
