They said that they might be able to fit me in Tuesday, but definitely Thursday. So I scheduled for this week. Thinking they would come Thursday. They came today and washed down the house completely. I wasn't at home to inspect the job due to a previous appointment, but came back home and was really impressed with the completed job. The price is very reasonable. The job was done within two hours. That's when, if he wanted the business he should have said, hey I will match your current quote.. But instead he tried to justify his estimate," stating " that's a lot of house you got". He even showed up at my home, unannounced,to "look it over" That in itself bothers me. NO Notification, other than a general comment, " I could stop by and take a look". Then he dropped his quote down when I asked for a revised number. The majority of the house doesn't need power washing, it's only the North side that shows the need,and that isn't that bad. They almost never answer the phone, take sometimes days to call back. This last time (yesterday), though, the one guy they sent (used to be 2) dumped my 3 loaded powerstrips in my home office from the window ledge to the floor. Left them in a tangled mess. It could have shut me down completely. Later I very, very carefully retrieved them from behind my whole set-up, untangled them and set them all up again. I was home the entire time. Why didn't he just ASK me to move them, or ask if HE could move them? They were on a very wide ledge and to me did not interfere with his access to the window glass (I took photos). Through my recommendation, I have gotten Thomas Cleaning many clients over the years. I will not use them again, and will pass the word on to others which new service I will find, and use, and they will too.

In addition they vented bathroom vents through the roof which had previously been vented in the attic. The installation team is exceptional, have worked together for years and very efficient. The job site was cleaned up after each day. Project supervisors were there each day to attend to installation details. Sarah, our representative was excellent and was there each day during the installation. She explained all the available services and there were no billing surprises at completion.
