He has installed our outdoor Christmas lights outlining the house for the past few years. The one thing I love is that if a light goes out during the holiday season, he will come out and replace the bulbs with no problem. He is also very good about taking down the lights right after the holidays. Prices are more than fair and he is my "go-to" guy! Contacted Paul through Yelp for a quote on window and gutter cleaning. He got back to me the same day and said he would provide a quote the following day. He arrived the following day as promised and provided a quote. He recommended we wait to wash our windows as there is a new construction house being built 2 doors down. He stated he would do it if we wanted, but they would get dirty within a matter of days due to the construction. We appreciated him addressing that as it was something we didn't think about. We decided to move forward with just the gutters. He arrived the following day to do the job. We didn't get any other bids, but felt the price was fair. I have used Paul's company for the last 4 years for power washing the front porch and the back deck, cleaning the windows, and this year for power washing the whole house and garage. The company does great work, very thorough, friendly, puts things back afterwards, and always walks with me to look at the job to make sure everything is done right. With the house power washing, the house and garage look new. Paul and his crew are very hard working and on top of that they are very reasonable. I contacted them on a Saturday after heavy rains caused water to come in through an electric outlet cause of a leak from the outside. Paul (the owner) responded quickly and came in the next day even though it was a Sunday! He checked the gutters and identify the leak was caused by a clogged gutter. He cleaned all the gutters and also installed gutter guards for a nominal cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their gutter serviced. I emailed to have an estimate on cleaning my windows. They texted me back a day later with an estimate and set up a date. They came out exactly when they said they would.
