LONG REVIEW BUT READ BEFORE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EVENT:…read more I should start out with saying I have been in contact with the owner Stacie MULTIPLE times and am left with nothing but frustration. Stacie is not a bad person but I do feel she is completely overwhelmed in running this business. I've been dealing with Funtime Services since April 1st 2025 trying to book a mobile petting zoo for my daughter's first birthday planned for June 2025 and the experience has been frustrating to say the least. Communication has been a major issue throughout the process, especially with Stacie herself since anyone else I did get to talk with couldn't help me in the slightest other than they'll leave a message for Stacie and then I never hear from her UNLESS I were to reach out and call and some how catch her available in office. Getting clear answers or even timely replies to emails has been nearly impossible. After multiple attempts to try and talk to Stacie herself once I did reach her two different phone calls I was turned away with "I'm busy right now doing something else , I can email you once I become available" (mind you then I'd never heard back at all) to which I'd have to reach out again and finally durning one of our last conversation, she provided general information she had to text to me at that moment and discussed two different pricing options for a petting zoo. She explained that she would be reaching out to two separate vendors at different price points. I informed her that I was more interested in the lower-priced option NATURALLY, but made it clear that I would be willing to book either one, as my main priority was securing a petting zoo so I would be waiting to hear back from her regardless who she was able to secure but to just let me know. So money was not the problem. Mind you any time I would voice my frustrations she keep reminding me "I don't make much money off doing this you know, at most I make $20" What should have been a straightforward booking has dragged on for over a month, and I'm still left with uncertainty and decided to not continue "service" with the company FunTime Services Event Rentals. If you're even considering Funtime Services for your event, just be aware that it may take an unreasonable amount of time just to start the process of securing your event. I really expected more professionalism and reliability for catering to such a nice suburban area like Naperville. Just leaving this review to show all what i experienced so anyone else out there knows what entails if interested in booking with them. Seriously proceed with caution.

They showed up promptly at 8pm to pick everything up (boooo hooooo). Can't wait for our party next year!

I picked up the chairs and the warehouse guys helped load them into my car, unload, etc. But then recently, I inquired about renting tables, chairs and linens for a bridal shower. First, their contact us form on their website wasn't working - some issue with the captcha. So I tried emailing with my request and questions about table options. I waited for days, and then I got an anonymous text with a couple of questions in return. So I'd respond, and then days would go by where I wouldn't hear anything again. I called several times and left messages, then I got another text a couple of days later. Finally, I got a text with just a price tag - no itemized breakdown of costs, no responses to my questions about table sizes, nothing. I left another message, asking for an itemized quote and haven't heard back. Its so surprising, considering how responsive and professional they were the past two summers when I rented from them. Itemized contracts, detailed terms. everything you would expect. This time there was none of that. Did they lose their sales staff? Are they going out of business?

We have only visited this location for birthday parties, once when they first opened and once…read morerecently. The first birthday that we attended was a mediocre experience. It was a Sunday late afternoon. The venue had at least three birthday parties ongoing at the same time. Each birthday party's section was divided by a short fence. Separation is minimal at best. There were too many kids in most of the inflatables and the capacity level did not appear to be controlled. Parents had very limited space to stay close to their children. It is not an issue for older children but it can be a challenge for younger ones. With the more recent birthday party, the hosts opted for a private 2.5 hour session and it was a lot more comfortable. The party had approximately 50 people. Our children were able to venture and explore at their own comfort and with plenty of space to jump, bounce, and run. I am unsure if FunFlatables has the option to cater food but the hosts brought pizza, fruits, cookies, soft drinks, juice, and birthday cake. Our party had at least six plastic picnic tables so there were enough seating for everyone. The venue is relatively clean. There are two all gender bathrooms. For a private party with a controlled capacity, that is adequate. If they have open play and/or birthday parties with a lot of attendees, that might not be adequate. Most children in the midst of fun tend to wait till the last minute to indicate they have to use the bathroom so you might want to plan ahead!

First and foremost, Mary Kay (MK) is the absolute best!…read more If Yelp would allow me give her 100 stars, I absolutely would! My sister and I walked into 221 Creations on Monday, August 6, 2018 with worry in our eyes. My wedding is Saturday, October 6, 2018 and we knew we had to get these invitations out as quickly as possible. Mary Kay sat and gave us all the time we needed. My sister and I looked in the invitation book and we figured we'd have to pass on my favorite option because the paper only came in ecru. MK called the printer to get the invitation paper in white. She made it happen! We ordered the addresses to be printed on the invitation envelopes and she was an immense help with the invitation wording etiquette. The invitation company suggested four glue dots to paste the invitation on the backing but Mary Kay suggested that a different form of tape would be easier to apply and it would be more durable. She could have easily ordered those dots but she knew it would be a pain to do which we really appreciated when it came to assembling the invitations. Once we had decided on the invitations and text, she submitted the order to the printer and told us she would follow up with a proof via email the next day. As promised, we received the proof email and once we responded with our approval, she instantly submitted the order to print. We had the invitations in hand yesterday, Thursday, August 16 at 1:30pm. She communicated with us from the moment we walked into the shop until we had the invitations in hand. I can't stress how pleasant MK made the invitations process for us! Mary Kay went above and beyond to make sure that my sister and I were beyond happy with every detail. Mary Kay is patient, kind, funny, courteous and understanding. She did not try to up sell us or con us into buying anything we did not need. It is evident that Mary Kay has her customer's best interests in mind. Planning a wedding is stressful, but I know that anything I ask of MK will be done correctly and efficiently! It is a joy to work with her! Go and see her for everything wedding and beyond. I'm not going to stop here, we plan to order our wedding ceremony programs, wedding menu cards, place cards, bridesmaid's & groomsmen's gifts etc. from MK.
