We have only visited this location for birthday parties, once when they first opened and once recently. The first birthday that we attended was a mediocre experience. It was a Sunday late afternoon. The venue had at least three birthday parties ongoing at the same time. Each birthday party's section was divided by a short fence. Separation is minimal at best. There were too many kids in most of the inflatables and the capacity level did not appear to be controlled. Parents had very limited space to stay close to their children. It is not an issue for older children but it can be a challenge for younger ones. With the more recent birthday party, the hosts opted for a private 2.5 hour session and it was a lot more comfortable. The party had approximately 50 people. Our children were able to venture and explore at their own comfort and with plenty of space to jump, bounce, and run. I am unsure if FunFlatables has the option to cater food but the hosts brought pizza, fruits, cookies, soft drinks, juice, and birthday cake. Our party had at least six plastic picnic tables so there were enough seating for everyone. The venue is relatively clean. There are two all gender bathrooms. For a private party with a controlled capacity, that is adequate. If they have open play and/or birthday parties with a lot of attendees, that might not be adequate. Most children in the midst of fun tend to wait till the last minute to indicate they have to use the bathroom so you might want to plan ahead! read more

We had a great experience hosting our son's third birthday party here in January 2025. The amount and variety of inflatables was PERFECT for the ages of guests 2-6 years old. We did his party on a Friday evening (5-8pm) and it worked out perfectly. PROS- private event, 3 hours with 3 legit pizzas and 15 juices boxes was under $600 CONS- none OTHER- I scheduled online and somehow when I called to check in with them 2 days in advance there was a mistake that didn't align with what I thought I was getting... Came here for a birthday party on a Saturday. It was in the open area but sectioned off. The kids had an absolute blast. It was nice because I could interact with the adults but keep an eye on my son and feel he was safe on the inflatables there (3 year old child). I was curious - so I looked up pricing. The pricing for birthday parties seems very reasonable. This birthday party brought in their own food which is nice that they let you choose between two options. The main negative is you set up when your party start time is. They should let you set up earlier or if there isn't a party before you then you can set up earlier. read more

Our toddler and caretaker came here during the week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, during the week, there aren't a lot of children there, so socialization is limited. Pretty much as it advertises itself- an indoor playground based around bouncy inflatable structures. Great for little kids. Note that the pumps for the inflatables make the place loud, so noise-cancelling headphones might be a good idea for kids or adults sensitive to repetitive or humming sounds. read more

Ok I just found out about this place a day ago but apparently it's been here for a few months. Since junpzone closed I decided to come here. Its 5 minutes from my house which is awsome. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and polite. She smiled and greeted us when we walked in YES it's small, but I think they did well with the space they had to work with. There are about 5 inflatables in total, 3 small and 2 decently sized ones. They alsobhave a little play climber with 2 little slides. They have a soda and juice fridge and a small popcycle freezer for ice cream pops. The place is EXTREMELY clean and the inflatables are in great, nearly brand new shape. The price for my toddler was $10 which isnt bad considering its located in the Promenade. It is across from American Eagle and Justice. Closer the the end where the theater is. Overall is good to get the little one's energy out and it's very clean. read more

Small space, and rude staff.... I went in to inquire about a birthday party and the "manager" didn't even greet me, when I said I was there for info about parties she took a booklet and passed it to me without saying a word and went back to her computer. They have a policy for birthday parties where there is no jumping or playing before or after the party unless they pay for a full day which is 10 dollars?! Even though they are already paid for! They have no reason for the policy, don't even bother asking... I'll be taking my money elsewhere since clearly they don't want it. read more

AMAZING!! I was hunting for the best most affordable location for my sons 6th birthday party. EVERywhere was $400 plus for just 10 kids. I came across Funflatables and it was super reasonably priced. Every detail you could imagine is online, you can even book the event online - super convenient. Honestly, I did not expect much from a kids inflatable party store, but let me tell you I was BLOWN AWAY! They called me 3 days prior to confirm the details and head count. The day of, we were greeted by two smiling gentlemen at the location and shown to our private party room. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and checked in on us frequently to see if we needed help serving, or anything at all. They were friendly with both the parents and the kids and genuinely seemed happy to be there. I really cannot say enough about our incredible experience at this location. JASON is the manager who was there assisting us and he sure is a gem of a human being. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place. My 70 year old mother even wanted to have her next birthday party there! read more
