The employees at this location are always very helpful, even when you're in the middle of a bridal breakdown. The location can be tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area. Google maps is wrong, the store is between Jefferson Ave. & Aurora Ave. on the east side of Rt. 59.

The people next door at the dollar tree, who were even busier than Party City at the time, were incredibly nice, helpful, and customer-service driven. You're better off walking 200 feet and getting your balloons there.
