We attended a birthday party here as a family, and had the luxury of arriving right when they opened for the day. The place was very clean, the staff was very nice, they were also cleaning throughout our experience. My kids always have a great time at Kiddy Club! Unique from other play spaces, they have a fun sand pit filled with sand toys, cars, and even a pirate ship. The three slide ball pit is a fan favorite by my boys and those slides are fast! My little guy had to work up the courage to give it a go. There are plenty of opportunities for climbing, exploring, and collaborating. Foam building blocks, ride on toys, climbing forts, and other fun sensory items keep the kids busy. There is even a dedicated area for toddlers and a smaller section for infants too, making it easy to bring the whole family. In my opinion, the Kiddy Club is the perfect size. You can freely let the kids run around and play and not lose track of them! There are plenty of benches to sit back and let them burn some energy as they explore. I can't remember the exact cost, but I felt like entry was reasonably priced. There's no time limit obviously, but my kids usually can spend a couple hours there. Last time we visited there was a bounce house maze with a slide! I'm not sure if this is a new addition to stay or a special treat, but my 2 and 4 year old had a blast. There are a handful of snacks available for purchase... think chips, goldfish, ice cream, apple sauce pouches, and cold drinks in the back. There used to be a few tables dedicated to eating, but last time we were there those were gone and replaced with a virtual floor game. Food and drink had to stay in the lobby area where there are couches instead. Definitely check out Kiddy club if you're looking for something fun to do with the kiddos! read more

Of all the indoor kid play places in the area, this is my favorite. My kids are 2 and 5 and this is perfect for their age group. My kids could probably spend all day here without getting bored. There is so much to do and plenty of space to run and play. The main allure of this place for the kids is also my least favorite - the sand pit. While my kids adore this play area inside the Kiddy Club there are some major reasons I dislike it. 1. It's sand, you are going to be bringing some home with you. I always plan on a bath right when we get home because sand ends up in the diaper, pants, hair... everywhere! 2. I don't think they sift through the pit ever. Last time I found old, used, band-aids in the sand. I've also found hair clips, pieces of debris, trash, etc. Gross. 3. If it's flu season, there seems to be no way of cleaning the sand, right? Am I the only germaphobe disliking the sand pit? Other than that, I really don't seem to have complaints. I finally got to take my son here today. He just turned 2 in November! Parking is super easy and plenty of spaces available. There were only a few kids there, which I prefer. The front desk was very nice, was a woman with an accent. She explained the rules and checked us in. It is on the smaller side but I think that is great. I like that its geared for the smaller kids. While I like the bigger places, my son will not climb unless I go with him. The "play ground" is not super high or super big. Its perfectly sized to where you can easily reach up to your little toddler if they need you. Parents are not supposed to go down the slides and climb on the equipment, which is understandable. The sandbox was pretty neat. The sand was so softened cool to the touch. It was cleaner than I expected it to be and my son enjoyed playing in it. It was nice that I could sit and play with him. The toys in it were ok but for a kid I guess they are fine. The food is VERY expensive and not much of an option, mostly snack food is a available. $8 for a small juice box, a small chips and a lunchable type thing. Make sure you dont come hungry. The bathrooms are 1 person at a time only but do have a changing table in both men and women. Overall, I do recommend this place for younger kids, probably 4 and under. We will most likely return again. It's a very clean place and my son really enjoyed himself. We spent about 2.5 hours there. SIDE NOTE: The cost of entry is good for the whole day, you can leave and come back later if you need or want to during that day. read more

I took my 2 year old to this place as wife and in law were shopping. Let me just say that the place is well organized and I like the fact that it's sectioned out. My kid really enjoyed the ball pit section with the slides in it! He had so much fun just swimming and hiding in the ball pit that he couldn't stop smiling, haha. I love this place as this is really how kids place should be designed! It feels truly like a kids place rather than a big warehouse full of inflatables which is truly nothing but DULL! I am a full-time nanny and in the winter months the kids I nanny for and I explored all surrounding indoor toddler play areas this place was hands-down the best. We spent three hours there. Also I would like to know how welcoming The Manager was I don't recall her name. Recently I broke my wrist and I was trying to get the shoes on the kid I nanny and she helped me and encouraged all the kids when they were leaving to put their jackets and shoes on and afterwords asked for permission before she gave them a lollipop. I have been here a few times and my kids just love it. Definitely geared more towards smaller kids, mine are 4 and 1.5 years old. Went today (Friday) from 11:30-3:30 and had the entire place to ourselves!!! Staff is always super friendly and nice. The lady at the front desk today could have easily just sat there but I saw her constantly cleaning and working hard to keep the place spotless even though we were the only ones there, I didn't get her name but she was GREAT! You can get a wrist band so you can leave and grab something to eat and come back to keep playing which is convenient with the little ones. I enjoy taking my child to Kiddy Club due to her age and the things for her to play on/with are act appropriate for her! I did not enjoy listening to the manager/owner argue with an employee in front of me for almost 10 minutes. When the owner/manager left the employee continued to be on her phone for at least 30 minutes before we left complaining about the owner, the lack of help, pay, how she wasn't wasting her time training etc. I thought it was very unprofessional considering there were multiple families in there who could hear all of that(especially since the music was no longer playing). read more

Great place to take the grandkids on cold/rainy days. We've been here twice with our grandkids, ages 3 yrs and 17 months. Plenty of play area. Has sections for under 3 years, A large sand pit with toys for kids to climb, dig and play. 4 stars is because they need to get some newer shovels/toys for this area and more than 2 bathrooms. It has a bouncy house, ball pit with slides, rock climbing type wall to slides, a miniature merry go round, building blocks and creative play areas. Staff is nice and I've seen them close off a section for cleaning. They do birthday parties here too but I can't comment towards that as we have gone just for the play areas. For security purposes, I assume, they also block your ability to send pics while you're in the facility. I noticed this because I was trying to send video of our grandkids enjoying themselves to their parents and the txt pics could not be delivered. I had to resend them after we left. This is for younger children. I believe it was 8 years and under. I would say it would be best for up to 6 years maybe 7 years. read more

Big enough to keep your child occupied for a couple of hours and not too big where you'd have to constantly chase them all over the place. I like the fact that the facility is clean and patrons are asked to take off their shoes and wear socks to play. The sand box was a great idea. Clean sand and plenty of toys to play with. $14 per child is a bit steep but it's the price you pay if you want to ensure your child is playing in the cleanest facility possible. From a ball pit, to slides, bubble machine, open area with lots and lots of toys, and a giant sand box, this is a great set-up for kids - probably 4/5 year olds would be the max age for enjoying is my guess. For a $4 discount per visit, you can purchase a $50 punch pass good for 10 visits. We didn't purchase the first time, but did the second time. It's a 20 minute drive for us, but worth it on cold days. We're usually here an hour or so before the little one tires out! I'm only knocking a star due to the birthday party costs. $14 for a visit already seems pricey to me (given the limited overhead and staff needed), but the birthday party costs seem outrageous to me!
